The grain production prediction is one of the most important links in precision agriculture. In the process of grain production prediction, mechanical noise caused by the factors of difference in field topography and mechanical vibration will be mixed in the original signal, which undoubtedly will affect the prediction accuracy. Therefore, in order to reduce the influence of vibration noise on the prediction accuracy, an adaptive Ensemble Empirical Mode Decomposition(EEMD) threshold filtering algorithm was applied to the original signal in this paper: the output signal was decomposed into a finite number of Intrinsic Mode Functions(IMF) from high frequency to low frequency by using the Empirical Mode Decomposition(EMD) algorithm which could effectively restrain the mode mixing phenomenon; then the demarcation point of high and low frequency IMF components were determined by Continuous Mean Square Error criterion(CMSE), the high frequency IMF components were denoised by wavelet threshold algorithm, and finally the signal was reconstructed. The algorithm was an improved algorithm based on the commonly used wavelet threshold. The two algorithms were used to denoise the original production signal respectively, the adaptive EEMD threshold filtering algorithm had significant advantages in three denoising performance indexes of signal denoising ratio, root mean square error and smoothness. The five field verification tests showed that the average error of field experiment was 1.994% and the maximum relative error was less than 3%. According to the test results, the relative error of the predicted yield per hectare was 2.97%, which was relative to the actual yield. The test results showed that the algorithm could effectively resist noise and improve the accuracy of prediction. 展开更多

Production of ursolic acid, the anti-hepatitis effective composition from natural plant,Sambucus chinensis Lindl.was carried out and the scale-up preparation technology was studied.Extraction of the herb Sambucus chinensis Lindl.was extracted in reflux with 7 volume times of refluxing ethanol at 80℃ for 1 h for two times.The extract was purified with a selt-made specific impurity remover “YCXY-1” to yield ursolic acid of high purity.A new “Extraction/Gelation” technology for the production of ursolic acid was developed. The specific impurity remover “YCXY-1” showed high effectiveness in purification. The purity of the mass-produced ursolic acid was up to 99.8%. The chemical structure of the product was confirmed by the physicochemical constants and spectroscopic identification. The production of high-purity ursolic acid was optimized with natural plant as raw material and with only ethanol as extracting solvent. The difficulties such as isolation and impurity removal were addressed effectively. The novel technology is reasonable, convenient, practical, low-cost, high-yield, suitable for mass production. 展开更多

An integration process of vacuum residue FCC(VRFCC)and moderate pressure hydro cracking(RMC),developed by RIPP and BDI,opens a new route for maximizing production of both high value products and the feed for steam cracking(SC).VRFCC technology has been put on stream at Yanshan Petrochemical Co (YPC)since November 1998.A 79 2%(mass percent)high value product(LPG+GSL+LCO)was surprisingly made on the test run from a resid feedstock of 85 0%(mass percent)Daqing crude VR content.No facility coking was found during the operation.RMC is a renovating moderate pressure hydrocracking technology,the end point of the heavy VGO feed is as high as 534 ℃,and the RMC catalyst performance shows high hydrodenitrogenation activity and high ring opening selectivity.The process highlights the flexibility of product slates——maximum premium mid distillates yield(38 0%(mass percent))and/or maximum hydro unconverted bottoms(Hydro BTMs)yield(50%~70%(mass percent)).Over 30%(mass percent)ethylene was produced from SC process based on Hydro BTMs feed. The application of VRFCC/RMC integration at YPC not only covers the shortages of SC feed for 660 kt/a ethylene production capacity,but also increases the total yield of premium fuel products. 展开更多

Evaluation methods of man-machine-environment system for clean and safe production in phosphorus mines: A case study 被引量:6

Phosphorus is an essential element in agricultural production and chemical industry. However, since the risk of casualties and economic loss by mining accidents, the application of clean and safe production in phosphorus mines encounters great challenges. For this purpose, a man-machine-environment system composed of evaluation indexes was established, and the grading standards of indexes were defined. Firstly, the measurements of 39 qualitative indexes were obtained through the survey data. According to the measured values of 31 quantitative indexes, the measurements of quantitative indexes were calculated by linear measurement function(LM) and other three functions. Then the singleindex measurement evaluation matrixes were established. Secondly, the entropy weight method was used to determine the weights of each index directly. The analytic hierarchy process(AHP) was also applied to calculate the weights of index and index factor hierarchies after the established hierarchical model. The weights of system hierarchies were given by the grid-based fuzzy Borda method(GFB). The comprehensive weights were determined by the combination method of AHP and GFB(CAG). Furthermore, the multi-index comprehensive measurement evaluation vectors were obtained.Thirdly, the vectors were evaluated by the credible degree recognition(CDR) and the maximum membership(TMM)criteria. Based on the above functions, methods, and criteria, 16 combination evaluation methods were recommended.Finally, the clean and safe production grade of Kaiyang phosphate mine in China was evaluated. The results show that the LM-CAG-CDR is the most reasonable method, which can not only determine the clean and safe production grade of phosphorus mines, but also improve the development level of clean and safe mining of phosphorus mines for guidance.In addition, some beneficial suggestions and measures were also proposed to advance the clean and safe production grade of Kaiyang phosphorus mine. 展开更多

At the same time the requirement of the customers becomes mo re and more diverse and complex. The capability of the develop unit is limited b ecause of the existence of heterogeneous systems and distributed environments. I n this paper, we bring forward a new approach to solve the problem in product de velopment process. We also settle part key technologies in it. A great deal of information from all kinds of sources in the distributed develop ment process is interweaved. The solution to organize the workflow and manage th e information in the process is called for anxiously. We use a new approach that is asynchronous and synchronous coupling product development approach based on the network. The approach extends the develop process from the time axis. Then t he activities in the process are organized from the asynchronous and synchronous aspects. The state of every activity projects at the ASN (active semantic netwo rk). The ASN includes decision system, intelligent agent, user interface and net work. The ASN decides the types and states of the activities and deals with the couple relationship among them. The knowledge stored in ASN is open to all users through the relative interfaces. Every specialist keeps contact with their user s relying on collaborative platform implements CSCW (computer support collaborat ive work) that integrated product/process design and development. The lack of gl obal communication in product development process can be prevented in the most d egree. The key technologies that exist in the asynchronous and synchronous coupling pro duct develop approach include: integrated development structure, orderly organiz ation of information, transparent management of process, agile transfer of infor mation and rapid prototype. The development process can be completed quickly by these technologies. The technologies involve wide content. In this paper, we dis cuss some key technologies. We validate the approach by the projectrapid response manufacturing a pplication in the distributed environment. The expensive device, high technology and low using lead to RE (Rapid engineering) and RP (Rapid prototype) service a pplication by the network. RE and RP develop rapidly due to the accelerated prod uct development process. RE and RP application service platform is built in the project. 展开更多

The RR soybean was quantitatively detected by ABI Prism 7300 sequence detector with PCR primers and fluorescence probes were designed according to the sequences of endogenous Lectin gene and exogenous CP4-EPSPS gene, and the PCR systems were based on SYBR Green I and TaqMan. The standard curve of ACt between CP4-EPSPS gene and Lectin gene of the RR soybean in standard materials was generated and a linear regression equation was obtained. Quantification methods were optimized through two different real-time PCR chemistries, i.e. SYBR Green I and TaqMan, and the RR soybean contents were quantified in five standard samples and seven highly processed products by the two assays. Both methods are proved to be specific, highly sensitive and reliable for both identification and quantification of soybean DNA. The results indicate that the two optimized PCR system can be used for the practical quantitative detection of RR soybean in highly processed products. 展开更多

我国煤层气资源丰富,但地质和工程条件复杂,天然气井排采工艺技术在煤层气井中的适用性受限,特别是深部煤层气(埋深大于1500 m的煤层气资源),其排采特征与浅层煤层气存在显著差异。为了促进深部煤层气排采技术发展,系统分析了深部煤层... 我国煤层气资源丰富,但地质和工程条件复杂,天然气井排采工艺技术在煤层气井中的适用性受限,特别是深部煤层气(埋深大于1500 m的煤层气资源),其排采特征与浅层煤层气存在显著差异。为了促进深部煤层气排采技术发展,系统分析了深部煤层气储层特征、排采阶段及主控因素、排采工艺的发展方向。结果表明:(1)深部煤层气资源:普遍具有储层压力温度高、地层能量充足、煤层厚度大、含气量高、游离气丰富等储层特征,同时有基质渗透率低、孔隙连通性差、有效应力大及压裂液返排率低等特征。(2)排采主控因素有:排水降压初期,煤粉对排采效果影响较大;见气至稳产阶段,应力敏感性显著,应减少关井次数,避免排采不连续导致的地层污染。(3)建议深部煤层气井采用精细化、定量化的五段式或六段式的阶段划分,有利于控制井底压力平稳下降,制定排采制度是为了延长稳产期,稳产阶段的持续时间决定最终产能。(4)气井全生命周期一体化排采、地质工程一体化排采机器学习与智慧排采等技术是未来排采工艺的发展方向。 展开更多
