The plasma membrane(PM)plays an essential role in maintaining cell homeostasis,therefore,timely and effective repair of damage caused by factors such as mechanical rupture,pore-forming toxins,or pore-forming proteins ...The plasma membrane(PM)plays an essential role in maintaining cell homeostasis,therefore,timely and effective repair of damage caused by factors such as mechanical rupture,pore-forming toxins,or pore-forming proteins is crucial for cell survival.PM damage induces membrane rupture and stimulates an immune response.However,damage resulting from regulated cell death processes,including pyroptosis,ferroptosis,and necroptosis,cannot be repaired by simple sealing mechanisms and thus,requires specialized repair machinery.Recent research has identified a PM repair mechanism of regulated cell death-related injury,mediated by the endosomal sorting complexes required for transport(ESCRT)machinery.Here,we review recent progress in elucidating the ESCRT machinery-mediated repair mechanism of PM injury,with particular focus on processes related to regulated cell death.This overview,along with continued research in this field,may provide novel insights into therapeutic targets for diseases associated with dysregulation of regulated cell death pathways.展开更多
To address the issue of extreme thermal-induced arching in CRTS II slab tracks due to joint damage,an optimized joint repair model was proposed.First,the formula for calculating the safe temperature rise of the track ...To address the issue of extreme thermal-induced arching in CRTS II slab tracks due to joint damage,an optimized joint repair model was proposed.First,the formula for calculating the safe temperature rise of the track was derived based on the principle of stationary potential energy.Considering interlayer evolution and structural crack propagation,an optimized joint repair model for the track was established and validated.Subsequently,the impact of joint repair on track damage and arch stability under extreme temperatures was studied,and a comprehensive evaluation of the feasibility of joint repair and the evolution of damage after repair was conducted.The results show that after the joint repair,the temperature rise of the initial damage of the track structure can be increased by 11℃.Under the most unfavorable heating load with a superimposed temperature gradient,the maximum stiffness degradation index SDEG in the track structure is reduced by about 81.16%following joint repair.The joint repair process could effectively reduce the deformation of the slab arching under high temperatures,resulting in a reduction of 93.96%in upward arching deformation.After repair,with the damage to interfacing shear strength,the track arch increases by 2.616 mm.展开更多

Then by using the theory of resolvent positive operator, the authors derive that dynamic solution of the system exponentially converges to its steady-state one which is the eigenfunction corresponding to eigenvalue 0 of the system operator. Some reliability indices of the system are discussed with a different method from traditional one. For example, to satisfy the demand variation that is typical for the power and communication systems and reduce the cost, these systems usually adjust their operating regimes. The transition rate matrices under distinct operating regimes are assumed to be different and the sojourn times in distinct regimes are governed by a finite state Markov chain. By using the theory of Markov process, Ion channel theory, and Laplace transforms, the up time of the system are studied. A numerical example is given to illustrate the obtained results. The condition of estimability of such systems is given. And then a Kalman filter of the discrete-time descriptor system is established based on the methodology of the maximum likelihood estimation. With the descriptor Kalman filter, the state vector of the original system and sensor fault can be estimated simultaneously. The proposed method is able to esti-mate an abrupt sensor fault as well as the incipient one. Moreover, it is also effective in the multiple faults scenario. The regulator is designed to be an additive combination of a linear regulator part and a nonlinear feedback part. The linear regulator part solves the regulation problem independently which produces a quick output response but large oscillations. The nonlinear feedback part with well-tuned parameters is introduced to improve the transient performance by smoothing the oscillatory convergence. It is shown that the introduction of the nonlinear feedback part does not change the solvability conditions of the linear discrete-time output regulation problem. Unlike the dynamic gradient methods, such as the backpropagation through time and the real time recurrent learning, the weights of the recurrent neural networks were updated online in terms of Lyapunov stability theory in the proposed learning algorithm, so the learning stability was guaranteed. With the inversion of the activation function of the recurrent neural networks, the proposed learning algorithm can be easily implemented for solving varying nonlinear adaptive learning problems and fast convergence of the adaptive learning process can be achieved. Simulation experiments in pattern recognition show that only 5 iterations are needed for the storage of a 15×15 binary image pattern and only 9 iterations are needed for the perfect realization of an analog vector by an equilibrium state with the proposed learning algorithm.展开更多

The attraction basin of the strict DTCNN is studied, one example is given to illustrate the previous conclusions to be wrong, and several results are presented. Under the action of our designed adaptive control law, the unknown time-delay parameter is included in memory state feedback controller. Using LMI technique, delay-dependent sufficient conditions for the existence of the feedback controller are obtained. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed design method is demonstrated by a numerical example.

文摘To avoid unstable learning, a stable adaptive learning algorithm was proposed for discrete-time recurrent neural networks. Unlike the dynamic gradient methods, such as the backpropagation through time and the real time recurrent learning, the weights of the recurrent neural networks were updated online in terms of Lyapunov stability theory in the proposed learning algorithm, so the learning stability was guaranteed. With the inversion of the activation function of the recurrent neural networks, the proposed learning algorithm can be easily implemented for solving varying nonlinear adaptive learning problems and fast convergence of the adaptive learning process can be achieved. Simulation experiments in pattern recognition show that only 5 iterations are needed for the storage of a 15×15 binary image pattern and only 9 iterations are needed for the perfect realization of an analog vector by an equilibrium state with the proposed learning algorithm.
文摘The robust H∞ filtering problem for uncertain discrete-time Markovian jump linear systems with mode- dependent time-delays is investigated. Attention is focused on designing a Markovian jump linear filter that ensures robust stochastic stability while achieving a prescribed H∞ performance level of the resulting filtering error system, for all admissible uncertainties. The key features of the approach include the introduction of a new type of stochastic Lyapunov functional and some free weighting matrix variables. Sufficient conditions for the solvability of this problem are obtained in terms of a set of linear matrix inequalities. Numerical examples are provided to demonstrate the reduced conservatism of the proposed approach.

文摘In this paper, reliability of some typical non-Markov repairable systems, including series systems, m-out-of- n or majority vote systems, and n : m cross-strapping standby redundant systems with general repair-time distribution, are studied by applying the generalized Markov renewal process (GMRP). The stochastic behavior of the typical systems is analyzed here. Formulas for mean time to first system failure, MTBF, MTTR, and availability are then developed.

文摘The robustly asymptotical stability problem for discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay was investigated. Positive definite matrix are constructed through Lyapunov functional. With the identity transform, property of matrix inverse and S-procedure, a new sufficient condition independent of the size of time-delay for robust stability of discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay is established. With Schur complement, another equivalent sufficient condition for robust stability of discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay is given. Finally, a sufficient condition dependent on the size of time-delay for robust stability of discrete-time nonlinear systems with time-delay is obtained. A unified approach is used to cast the robust stability problem into a convex optimization involving linear matrix inequalities.

文摘The problem of passivity analysis for a class of discrete-time stochastic neural networks (DSNNs) with time-varying interval delay was investigated. The delay-dependent sufficient criteria were derived in terms of linear matrix inequalities (LMIs). The results are shown to be generalization of some previous results and are less conservative than the existing works. Meanwhile, the computational complexity of the obtained stability conditions is reduced because less variables are involved. A numerical example is given to show the effectiveness and the benefits of the proposed method.
文摘The dynamic behavior of discrete-time cellular neural networks(DTCNN), which is strict with zero threshold value, is mainly studied in asynchronous mode and in synchronous mode. In general, a k-attractor of DTCNN is not a convergent point. But in this paper, it is proved that a k-attractor is a convergent point if the strict DTCNN satisfies some conditions. The attraction basin of the strict DTCNN is studied, one example is given to illustrate the previous conclusions to be wrong, and several results are presented. The obtained results on k-attractor and attraction basin not only correct the previous results, but also provide a theoretical foundation of performance analysis and new applications of the DTCNN.
