A new normalized least mean square(NLMS) adaptive filter is first derived from a cost function, which incorporates the conventional one of the NLMS with a minimum-disturbance(MD)constraint. A variable regularization factor(RF) is then employed to control the contribution made by the MD constraint in the cost function. Analysis results show that the RF can be taken as a combination of the step size and regularization parameter in the conventional NLMS. This implies that these parameters can be jointly controlled by simply tuning the RF as the proposed algorithm does. It also demonstrates that the RF can accelerate the convergence rate of the proposed algorithm and its optimal value can be obtained by minimizing the squared noise-free posteriori error. A method for automatically determining the value of the RF is also presented, which is free of any prior knowledge of the noise. While simulation results verify the analytical ones, it is also illustrated that the performance of the proposed algorithm is superior to the state-of-art ones in both the steady-state misalignment and the convergence rate. A novel algorithm is proposed to solve some problems. Simulation results show the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm. 展开更多

Based on consideration of the differential relations between the immeasurable variables and measurable variables in electro-hydraulic servo system,adaptive dynamic recurrent fuzzy neural networks(ADRFNNs) were employed to identify the primary uncertainty and the mathematic model of the system was turned into an equivalent linear model with terms of secondary uncertainty.At the same time,gain adaptive sliding mode variable structure control(GASMVSC) was employed to synthesize the control effort.The results show that the unrealization problem caused by some system's immeasurable state variables in traditional fuzzy neural networks(TFNN) taking all state variables as its inputs is overcome.On the other hand,the identification by the ADRFNNs online with high accuracy and the adaptive function of the correction term's gain in the GASMVSC make the system possess strong robustness and improved steady accuracy,and the chattering phenomenon of the control effort is also suppressed effectively. 展开更多

The problem of adaptive fuzzy control for a class of large-scale, time-delayed systems with unknown nonlinear dead-zone is discussed here. Based on the principle of variable structure control, a design scheme of adaptive, decentralized, variable structure control is proposed. The approach removes the conditions that the dead-zone slopes and boundaries are equal and symmetric, respectively. In addition, it does not require that the assumptions that all parameters of the nonlinear dead-zone model and the lumped uncertainty are known constants. The adaptive compensation terms of the approximation errors axe adopted to minimize the influence of modeling errors and parameter estimation errors. By theoretical analysis, the closed-loop control system is proved to be semiglobally uniformly ultimately bounded, with tracking errors converging to zero. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the approach. 展开更多

Satisfactory results cannot be obtained when three-dimensional (3D) targets with complex maneuvering characteristics are tracked by the commonly used two-dimensional coordinated turn (2DCT) model. To address the problem of 3D target tracking with strong maneuverability, on the basis of the modified three-dimensional variable turn (3DVT) model, an adaptive tracking algorithm is proposed by combining with the cubature Kalman filter (CKF) in this paper. Through ideology of real-time identification, the parameters of the model are changed to adjust the state transition matrix and the state noise covariance matrix. Therefore, states of the target are matched in real-time to achieve the purpose of adaptive tracking. Finally, four simulations are analyzed in different settings by the Monte Carlo method. All results show that the proposed algorithm can update parameters of the model and identify motion characteristics in real-time when targets tracking also has a better tracking accuracy. 展开更多

First, according to the relative degree concept of th nonlinear control system an error equation between the outputs of the reference model and the controlled plant is derived. Then, by using the variable structrue control method, an algorithm of variable structure model reference adaptive control is deduced on the basis of a new concept of reaching law. The definition of the SISO system is introduced into the MIMO nonlinear system. Finally, as an example, a pendulum nonlinear control system is simulated to demonstrated the effectiveness of the method. The results show that the method has some advantages: the design is simple, intuitive and easy to be realized in engineering. Besides, it is of practical significance for the synthesis of nonlinear control systems. 展开更多

Utilizing least square kurtosis of output signals as a cost function, the new gradient-based algorithm to update frequency of the adaptive IIR notch filter and the new variable step-size algorithm are given. The computer simulation results show that the proposed algorithm has better ability in suppressing colored Gaussian noises and better accuracy in estimating parameters at low SNR than previous algorithms. 展开更多

Nano-volt magnetic resonance sounding(MRS) signals are sufficiently weak so that during the actual measurement, they are affected by environmental electromagnetic noise, leading to inaccuracy of the extracted characteristic parameters and hindering effective inverse interpretation. Considering the complexity and non-homogeneous spatial distribution of environmental noise and based on the theory of adaptive noise cancellation, a model system for noise cancellation using multi-reference coils was constructed to receive MRS signals. The feasibility of this system with theoretical calculation and experiments was analyzed and a modified sigmoid variable step size least mean square(SVSLMS) algorithm for noise cancellation was presented. The simulation results show that, the multi-reference coil method performs better than the single one on both signal-to-noise ratio(SNR) improvement and signal waveform optimization after filtering, under the condition of different noise correlations in the reference coils and primary detecting coils and different SNRs. In particular, when the noise correlation is poor and the SNR<0, the SNR can be improved by more than 8 dB after filtering with multi-reference coils. And the average fitting errors for initial amplitude and relaxation time are within 5%. Compared with the normalized least mean square(NLMS) algorithm and multichannel Wiener filter and processing field test data, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified. 展开更多

作为进行全基因组关联分析的主流方法,混合线性模型类方法得到了广泛的应用。但是,现有方法仍存在检测功效不高的问题。本文提出一种基于AdaptiveLasso的2阶段全基因组关联分析方法(two-stage Adaptive Lasso-based genome-wide associa... 作为进行全基因组关联分析的主流方法,混合线性模型类方法得到了广泛的应用。但是,现有方法仍存在检测功效不高的问题。本文提出一种基于AdaptiveLasso的2阶段全基因组关联分析方法(two-stage Adaptive Lasso-based genome-wide association analysis, ALGWAS),该方法在第1阶段通过变量选择方法 Adaptive Lasso筛选出与目标性状相关联的单核苷酸多态性位点(single nucleotide polymorphism, SNP),第2阶段将第1阶段筛选出的SNP作为协变量放入线性模型中进行全基因组扫描。在模拟实验中,ALGWAS方法与3种常用的全基因组关联分析方法fastGWA、GEMMA和EMMAX相比具有最高的检测功效,同时具有较低的错误发现率(falsediscoveryrate,FDR)。将以上4种方法应用到包含1341份材料的玉米CUBIC (Complete-diallel plus Unbalanced Breeding-like Inter-Cross)群体的全基因组关联分析中,ALGWAS方法可检测到与开花期相关基因ZmMADS69、ZmMADS15/31、ZmZCN8和ZmRAP2.7,与株高相关基因ZmBRD1和ZmBR2,与产量相关基因ZmUB2、ZmKRN2和ZmCLE7等,而其他3种常用的全基因组关联分析方法检测功效较低。本研究提出了一种非混合线性模型类的全基因组关联分析方法,对解析微效多基因决定的复杂遗传性状具有更高的检测效率,为基因挖掘提供了新的途径。 展开更多

去核是制取荔枝灯笼果肉的必备工序,但荔枝核径多变,机械化高效成功去核困难。为解决这一难题,通过测定荔枝果物理性能,设计了一种自适应去核的刀具和机构;并基于LS-DYNA动力学仿真和台架试验,量化了荔枝3种转速去核过程等效应力和切削... 去核是制取荔枝灯笼果肉的必备工序,但荔枝核径多变,机械化高效成功去核困难。为解决这一难题,通过测定荔枝果物理性能,设计了一种自适应去核的刀具和机构;并基于LS-DYNA动力学仿真和台架试验,量化了荔枝3种转速去核过程等效应力和切削应力的时空变化规律;比较了变核径荔枝果不同转速自适应去核成功率和果肉损失率,评价了综合去核效果。仿真结果确定了转速对荔枝果等效应力分布与切削应力极值的影响,且仿真试验与台架试验结果基本一致。随着转速增加,荔枝果最大等效应力与最大切削应力均下降,变核径荔枝果自适应去核成功率提升。3种转速中,292 r/min去核综合效果最优,其去核成功率和果肉损失率分别为100%和22.4%。 展开更多

实际工程中齿轮箱受复杂多变的运行环境影响,导致单一振动信号难以准确有效地表征齿轮箱在不同工况下的故障信息。为此,提出了一种基于加权子域自适应对抗网络的齿轮箱变工况故障诊断方法。首先,采用多源异构信号融合策略,将振动信号时... 实际工程中齿轮箱受复杂多变的运行环境影响,导致单一振动信号难以准确有效地表征齿轮箱在不同工况下的故障信息。为此,提出了一种基于加权子域自适应对抗网络的齿轮箱变工况故障诊断方法。首先,采用多源异构信号融合策略,将振动信号时频图、电流信号格拉姆矩阵和红外热力图转换为多通道数据集,从不同视角描述齿轮箱运行状态;其次,构建嵌入高效通道注意力机制(Efficient Channel Attention,ECA)的自校正卷积神经网络(Self-calibrated Convolutions Network,SCNet)作为特征提取器,动态调整多源异构信号间相互作用和依赖关系,平衡源域和目标域的多源异构数据间尺度差异;再次,在特征提取器和域判别器进行对抗训练的同时,引入最大均值差异(Maximum Mean Discrepancy,MMD)和线性判别分析(Linear Discriminant Analysis,LDA)衡量当前跨域任务特征表示的域对齐程度及诊断任务决策边界,并构造动态平衡因子实时调整域对齐损失和类分辨性损失,有效地对齐源域和目标域每个类空间。最后,通过采集的齿轮箱变工况故障数据集进行验证。结果表明,所提方法在不同工况的诊断精度均达到95%以上,证明了所提方法的可行性和有效性。 展开更多

大水位变幅下新型内河浮式设施自适应水位升降特性研究

在内河大水位变幅条件下,无外力驱动的浮式设施实现自适应水位升降,仍是一个未解决的技术难题。针对山区河流陡涨陡落的特点,提出了一种搭载自驱互耦张紧式系泊装置的新型内河浮式设施。基于静力平衡原理建立力学模型,推导了浮式设施升... 在内河大水位变幅条件下,无外力驱动的浮式设施实现自适应水位升降,仍是一个未解决的技术难题。针对山区河流陡涨陡落的特点,提出了一种搭载自驱互耦张紧式系泊装置的新型内河浮式设施。基于静力平衡原理建立力学模型,推导了浮式设施升降过程中驱动力施加原理,分析了影响浮体稳定升降的主要因素。设计了1∶40比尺的新型内河浮式设施物理模型,构建了浮式设施自动升降试验系统,在水位升降各4组不同速率工况下,测试了水位高度、平台竖向位移、系缆力、平台水平偏移等试验参数。结果显示:①浮式设施升降过程中,浮体受竖向系缆力变化影响,竖向位移与水位变化未能完全同步,但其跟随水位变幅的敏锐度k均大于0.96,反映该浮式设施优异的自适应升降特性。②水位升降速率的增加会导致系缆力方差增大,但不同速率上升工况和下降工况的缆力均值基本保持一致,上升均值约3 370 kN、下降均值约1 850 kN,说明自驱互耦张紧式系泊装置对系缆力调节的高效性。③在不同速率升降下,浮体的最大水平偏移量均未超过变幅水位的2%,证明其系泊装置具备较高的定位精度。研究表明,所提出的自驱互耦张紧式系泊装置能够有效实现浮式设施在无外力驱动下的自主升降,并保持良好的定位效果和稳定性。 展开更多
