The gears of new energy vehicles are required to withstand higher rotational speeds and greater loads,which puts forward higher precision essentials for gear manufacturing.However,machining process parameters can cause changes in cutting force/heat,resulting in affecting gear machining precision.Therefore,this paper studies the effect of different process parameters on gear machining precision.A multi-objective optimization model is established for the relationship between process parameters and tooth surface deviations,tooth profile deviations,and tooth lead deviations through the cutting speed,feed rate,and cutting depth of the worm wheel gear grinding machine.The response surface method(RSM)is used for experimental design,and the corresponding experimental results and optimal process parameters are obtained.Subsequently,gray relational analysis-principal component analysis(GRA-PCA),particle swarm optimization(PSO),and genetic algorithm-particle swarm optimization(GA-PSO)methods are used to analyze the experimental results and obtain different optimal process parameters.The results show that optimal process parameters obtained by the GRA-PCA,PSO,and GA-PSO methods improve the gear machining precision.Moreover,the gear machining precision obtained by GA-PSO is superior to other methods. 展开更多

The goethite residue generated from zinc hydrometallurgy is classified as hazardous solid waste,produced in large quantities,and results in significant zinc loss.The study was conducted on removing iron from FeSO_(4)-... The goethite residue generated from zinc hydrometallurgy is classified as hazardous solid waste,produced in large quantities,and results in significant zinc loss.The study was conducted on removing iron from FeSO_(4)-ZnSO_(4) solution,employing seed-induced nucleation methods.Analysis of the iron removal rate,residue structure,morphology,and elemental composition involved ICP,XRD,FT-IR,and SEM.The existing state of zinc was investigated by combining step-by-step dissolution using hydrochloric acid.Concurrently,iron removal tests were extended to industrial solutions to assess the influence of seeds and solution pH on zinc loss and residue yield.The results revealed that seed addition increased the iron removal rate by 3%,elevated the residual iron content by 6.39%,and mitigated zinc loss by 29.55%in the simulated solution.Seed-induced nucleation prevented excessive nuclei formation,fostering crystal stable growth and high crystallinity.In addition,the zinc content of surface adsorption and crystal internal embedding in the residue was determined,and the zinc distribution on the surface was dense.In contrast,the total amount of zinc within the crystal was higher.The test results in the industrial solution demonstrated that the introduction of seeds expanded the pH range for goethite formation and growth,and the zinc loss per ton of iron removed was reduced by 50.91 kg(34.12%)and the iron residue reduced by 0.17 t(8.72%). 展开更多

Mercury removal from coal combustion flue gas remains a significant challenge for environmental protection due to the lack of cost-effective sorbents.In this study,a series of red mud(RM)-based sorbents impregnated with sodium halides(NaBr and NaI)are presented to capture elemental mercury(Hg^(0))from flue gas.The modified RM underwent comprehensive characterization,including analysis of its textural qualities,crystal structure,chemical composition,and thermal properties.The results indicate that the halide impregnation substantially impacts the surface area and pore size of the RM.Hg^(0) removal performance was evaluated on a fixed-bed reactor in simulated flue gas(consisting of N_(2),O_(2),CO_(2),NO and SO_(2),etc.)on a modified RM.At an optimal adsorption temperature of 160℃,NaI-modified sorbent(RMI5)offers a removal efficiency of 98%in a mixture of gas,including O_(2),NO and HCl.Furthermore,pseudo-second-order model fitting results demonstrate the chemisorption mechanism for the adsorption of Hg^(0) in kinetic investigations. 展开更多

As a non-contact ultra-precision machining method,abrasive water jet polishing(AWJP)has signi-ficant application in optical elements processing due to its stable tool influence function(TIF),no subsurface damage and strong adaptability to workpiece shapes.In this study,the effects of jet pressure,nozzle diameter and impinging angle on the distribution of pressure,velocity and wall shear stress in the polishing flow field were systematically analyzed by computational fluid dynamics(CFD)simulation.Based on the Box-Behnken experimental design,a response surface regression model was constructed to investigate the influence mech-anism of process parameters on material removal rate(MRR)and surface roughness(Ra)of fused silica.And experimental results showed that increasing jet pressure and nozzle diameter significantly improved MRR,consistent with shear stress distribution revealed by CFD simulations.However,increasing jet pressure and impinging angle caused higher Ra values,which was unfavorable for surface quality improvement.Genetic algorithm(GA)was used for multi-objective optimization to establish Pareto solutions,achieving concurrent optimization of polishing efficiency and surface quality.A parameter combination of 2 MPa jet pressure,0.3 mm nozzle diameter,and 30°impinging angle achieved MRR of 169.05μm^(3)/s and Ra of 0.50 nm.Exper-imental verification showed prediction errors of 4.4%(MRR)and 3.8%(Ra),confirming the model’s reliabil-ity.This parameter optimization system provides theoretical basis and technical support for ultra-precision polishing of complex curved optical components. 展开更多

The subcortical visual pathway is generally thought to be involved in dangerous information processing,such as fear processing and defensive behavior.A recent study,published in Human Brain Mapping,shows a new function of the subcortical pathway involved in the fast processing of non-emotional object perception.Rapid object processing is a critical function of visual system.Topological perception theory proposes that the initial perception of objects begins with the extraction of topological property(TP).However,the mechanism of rapid TP processing remains unclear.The researchers investigated the subcortical mechanism of TP processing with transcranial magnetic stimulation(TMS).They find that a subcortical magnocellular pathway is responsible for the early processing of TP,and this subcortical processing of TP accelerates object recognition.Based on their findings,we propose a novel training approach called subcortical magnocellular pathway training(SMPT),aimed at improving the efficiency of the subcortical M pathway to restore visual and attentional functions in disorders associated with subcortical pathway dysfunction. 展开更多

Copper is a strategic metal that plays an important role in many industries.In copper metallurgy,electrolytic refining is essential to obtain high-purity copper.However,during the electrolytic refining process,impurities such as arsenic are introduced into the electrolyte,which significantly affect the subsequent production and quality of copper products.This paper first discusses the sources,forms,and transformation pathways of arsenic in copper electrolyte during the electrolytic process,then reviews various arsenic removal technologies in detail,including electrowinning,adsorption,solvent extraction,ion exchange,membrane filtration,and precipitation.Particular emphasis is placed on electrowinning,which is the most widely used and mature among these arsenic removal techniques.The paper evaluates these methods based on arsenic removal efficiency,cost effectiveness,technical maturity,environmental friendliness,and operation simplicity.In addition,the paper explores future trends in copper electrolyte purification,focusing on waste reduction at source,resource utilization,intelligent digitalization,and innovations in materials and processes.This review aims to provide researchers and practitioners with a comprehensive and in-depth reference on arsenic removal methods in copper electrolytes. 展开更多

Study on Color Difference of Color Reproduction of 3D Objects

To investigate the applicability of four commonly used color difference formulas(CIELAB,CIE94,CMC(1:1),and CIEDE2000)in the printing field on 3D objects,as well as the impact of four standard light sources(D65,D50,A,and TL84)on 3D color difference evaluations,50 glossy spheres with a diameter of 2cm based on the Sailner J4003D color printing device were created.These spheres were centered around the five recommended colors(gray,red,yellow,green,and blue)by CIE.Color difference was calculated according to the four formulas,and 111 pairs of experimental samples meeting the CIELAB gray scale color difference requirements(1.0-14.0)were selected.Ten observers,aged between 22 and 27 with normal color vision,were participated in this study,using the gray scale method from psychophysical experiments to conduct color difference evaluations under the four light sources,with repeated experiments for each observer.The results indicated that the overall effect of the D65 light source on 3D objects color difference was minimal.In contrast,D50 and A light sources had a significant impact within the small color difference range,while the TL84 light source influenced both large and small color difference considerably.Among the four color difference formulas,CIEDE2000 demonstrated the best predictive performance for color difference in 3D objects,followed by CMC(1:1),CIE94,and CIELAB. 展开更多

Removing copper from nickel electrolysis anode solution has been a major keypoint in the nickel metallurgy industry.In this study,we proposed a novel process flow to promote removing copper from nickel electrolysis anode solution.A simulated nickel anode solution was designed,and static and dynamic adsorption experiments were conducted to determine the best of solution pH,adsorption time and temperature,resin dosage and particle size,and stirring speed.The optimal conditions were explored for copper removal from nickel electrolysis anode solution.Based on the optimal experimental conditions and the relevant experimental data,a novel process for copper removal from nickel electrolysis anodes was designed and verified.This novel process of copper removal from nickel electrolysis anodes was confirmed with nickel anolyte solution with nickel 50−60 g/L and copper 0.5 g/L.After finishing the novel process of copper removal,the nickel in the purified nickel anolyte became undetectable and copper concentration was 3 mg/L,the novel process of resin adsorption to remove copper from nickel anode solution through static and dynamic adsorptions has an efficacious copper removal.It is a beneficial supplement to traditional methods. 展开更多

Accurate segmentation of camouflage objects in aerial imagery is vital for improving the efficiency of UAV-based reconnaissance and rescue missions.However,camouflage object segmentation is increasingly challenging due to advances in both camouflage materials and biological mimicry.Although multispectral-RGB based technology shows promise,conventional dual-aperture multispectral-RGB imaging systems are constrained by imprecise and time-consuming registration and fusion across different modalities,limiting their performance.Here,we propose the Reconstructed Multispectral-RGB Fusion Network(RMRF-Net),which reconstructs RGB images into multispectral ones,enabling efficient multimodal segmentation using only an RGB camera.Specifically,RMRF-Net employs a divergentsimilarity feature correction strategy to minimize reconstruction errors and includes an efficient boundary-aware decoder to enhance object contours.Notably,we establish the first real-world aerial multispectral-RGB semantic segmentation of camouflage objects dataset,including 11 object categories.Experimental results demonstrate that RMRF-Net outperforms existing methods,achieving 17.38 FPS on the NVIDIA Jetson AGX Orin,with only a 0.96%drop in mIoU compared to the RTX 3090,showing its practical applicability in multimodal remote sensing. 展开更多

自动巡航船舶除漆机器人目标检测受外部干扰时,存在算法检测精度下降、难以达到实时性要求等问题。为了解决这些问题,首先将重参深度可分离移动网络模块(Repvit-MobileNet block)引入到YOLOV5的主干网络中,提高检测速度。其次,在骨干网... 自动巡航船舶除漆机器人目标检测受外部干扰时,存在算法检测精度下降、难以达到实时性要求等问题。为了解决这些问题,首先将重参深度可分离移动网络模块(Repvit-MobileNet block)引入到YOLOV5的主干网络中,提高检测速度。其次,在骨干网络每个阶段后增加位置注意力机制,扩大模型的全局感受野,提升模型的目标定位及抗干扰能力。然后,将卷积块注意力模块(CBMA)引入到颈部网络中,通过融合CBMA模块增强特征提取能力,提高网络模型的检测性能。最后,提出了一种Refine-Loss损失函数,通过优化预测框和真实框的几何关系、兼顾IOU的权重和置信度信息,提高对机器人目标位置的检测精度。在船舶机器人实验数据集中进行测试与验证,结果表明:融合Repvit-MobileNet block与注意力机制的YOLOV5轻量化网络平均检测精度达到了84.1%,在边缘设备上的推理运算速度达到了26.6 f/s,满足船舶除漆机器人目标检测工业应用的需求。 展开更多

针对航拍图像小目标检测中存在的检测精度低和模型参数量大的问题,提出兼顾性能与资源消耗的航拍小目标检测算法.以YOLOv8s为基准网络,通过降低通道维数和加强对高频特征的关注,提出自适应细节增强模块(ADEM),在减少冗余信息的同时加强... 针对航拍图像小目标检测中存在的检测精度低和模型参数量大的问题,提出兼顾性能与资源消耗的航拍小目标检测算法.以YOLOv8s为基准网络,通过降低通道维数和加强对高频特征的关注,提出自适应细节增强模块(ADEM),在减少冗余信息的同时加强对小目标细粒度特征的捕获;基于PAN-FPN架构调整特征融合网络,增加对浅层特征的关注,同时引入多尺度卷积核增强对目标上下文信息的关注,以适应小目标检测场景;针对传统IoU灵活性、泛化性不强的问题,构建参数可调的Nin-IoU,通过引入可调参数,实现对IoU的针对性调整,以适应不同检测任务的需求;提出轻量化检测头,在增强多尺度特征信息交融的同时减少冗余信息的传递.结果表明,在VisDrone2019数据集上,所提算法以8.08×106的参数量实现了mAP0.5=50.3%的检测精度;相较于基准算法YOLOv8s,参数量降低了27.4%,精度提升了11.5个百分点.在DOTA与DIOR数据集上的实验结果表明,所提算法具有较强的泛化能力. 展开更多

海马齿生态浮床在海水循环养殖尾水处理中的运用效果

[目的]研究海马齿(Sesuvium portulacastrum)生态浮床在海水循环养殖尾水处理中的运用效果.[方法]建立一个以“沉淀池-植物净化池-曝气池-沙滤罐”等模块组合而成的S型跑道式海水循环养殖尾水处理系统,监测不同月份系统各模块水质指标的变化情况.[结果]该系统处理后水质稳定,各水质指标浓度低,溶解无机氮(DIN)组成以硝态氮(NO_(3)^(-)-N)为主,有利于养殖鱼类健康生活和生长,实现水资源循环利用.海马齿植物净化池在整个水处理系统中发挥至关重要的作用,决定着系统的净化效能,其对养殖水体中化学耗氧量(COD)、亚硝态氮(NO_(2)^(-)-N)、NO_(3)^(-)-N、铵态氮(NH_(4)^(+)-N)、DIN和活性磷酸盐(PO_(4)^(3-)-P)的去除率分别为-9.2%~52.9%,7.4%~46.1%,4.0%~27.1%,33.7%~51.4%,19.9%~38.7%和3.7%~46.9%.[结论]海马齿生态浮床运用于海水循环养殖尾水处理系统是水产养殖低耗高产、绿色安全可持续发展的有益探索. 展开更多

YOLO-DyMiF:一种面向低算力平台的动态多尺度交通标志检测网络

为了解决自动驾驶场景中交通标志目标体积小、易被环境干扰而导致检测精度低,以及车载平台算力和功耗有限、难以支撑复杂模型的问题,本文提出了一种改进的轻量化检测算法YOLO-DyMiF(Dynamic Mixer and Feature Fusion)。该模型在YOLOv10... 为了解决自动驾驶场景中交通标志目标体积小、易被环境干扰而导致检测精度低,以及车载平台算力和功耗有限、难以支撑复杂模型的问题,本文提出了一种改进的轻量化检测算法YOLO-DyMiF(Dynamic Mixer and Feature Fusion)。该模型在YOLOv10n的基础上进行了两方面改进:首先,设计一种基于动态高效卷积(Adaptive Efficient Conv,AEConv)的高效动态混合器(Efficient Dynamic Mixer Structure,EDMS),并将其嵌入C3k2模块以构建C3k2_EDMS模块,用于替换YOLOv10n模型中的C2f模块,在保持主干网络特征表达能力的前提下有效压缩参数规模;其次,设计了以分层多尺度空间增强模块(Hierarchical Multi-scale Spatial Enhancement,HMSE)为核心的动态特征融合颈部网络,它通过跨层交互和自适应加权融合增强多尺度特征表征能力,在兼顾中、大目标检测性能的同时提升小目标交通标志检测精度。在TT100K数据集上的实验结果表明,与当前领先的Mamba-YOLOt相比,YOLO-DyMiF算法的mAP50提高1%,模型参数量下降了58.3%,计算量下降了42.3%。所提出的模型能够在确保高检测精度的同时显著降低计算成本,可以为自动驾驶场景中的交通标志检测提供可靠的技术支持。 展开更多

基于YOLOv8s多阶段算法的幼猪吮乳行为识别研究

针对幼猪吮乳行为识别精度不足和个体目标跟踪困难的问题,采用以计算机视觉为基础的自动检测体系,整合YOLOv8s、DeepSORT、LSTM 3个算法模块,提出了一种多阶段的行为识别方法。首先,通过YOLOv8s对视频里的幼猪目标进行实时检测,再借助De... 针对幼猪吮乳行为识别精度不足和个体目标跟踪困难的问题,采用以计算机视觉为基础的自动检测体系,整合YOLOv8s、DeepSORT、LSTM 3个算法模块,提出了一种多阶段的行为识别方法。首先,通过YOLOv8s对视频里的幼猪目标进行实时检测,再借助DeepSORT算法来实行跨帧目标追踪并分配唯一标识;然后,把多张连续检测图片输入到LSTM模型里进行时序建模,从而判定出该段时间范围内的幼猪是否正在吮乳。于养殖场的母猪产房拍摄了26 320张照片、采集了4 930组行为序列数据集进行试验,结果表明,在mAP@0.5评价标准下,以YOLOv8s模型为基准的目标检测准确率为91.7%,召回率为92.3%,系统整体追踪准确值(MOTA)达到85.6%,且系统可在复杂的养殖环境下做到稳定运行。将该系统布置到云端平台上,可进行云端处理、数据可视化和远程监控等功能,即时展示每头幼猪的吮乳次数和时长,快速找出进食异常的幼猪个体,优化管理效率。 展开更多

针对矿井下作业环境复杂、光照不足、煤尘干扰等因素导致的传统目标检测算法在检测矿下料车超挂时表现不佳问题,提出了一种料车超挂轻量化实时检测算法RIC-YOLOv8n。使用轻量化模块C2f_RegNetY替换YOLOv8n中主干和颈部网络中的C2f模块,... 针对矿井下作业环境复杂、光照不足、煤尘干扰等因素导致的传统目标检测算法在检测矿下料车超挂时表现不佳问题,提出了一种料车超挂轻量化实时检测算法RIC-YOLOv8n。使用轻量化模块C2f_RegNetY替换YOLOv8n中主干和颈部网络中的C2f模块,减少了模型参数量并加快了模型推理速度;为了提高检测头的特征提取性能,采用联合信息对齐学习方法增强分类和回归任务的对齐能力;通过DeepSort进行矿下料车的目标追踪,设计了Residual_IBN模块替换DeepSort特征提取网络中的残差网络,提高了目标追踪的性能。通过自制的矿下料车检测与跟踪数据集进行算法验证,实验结果显示:RIC-YOLOv8n在矿下料车识别平均精度达到91.4%,基于RICYOLOv8n和改进的DeepSort目标追踪算法在多目标追踪准确率达到89.13%,检测速度达到61 FPS。提出的RICYOLOv8n和改进的DeepSort算法能较好的平衡检测速度与精度,适用于矿井下料车检测实时性作业的需要。 展开更多

青贮饲料因具有生产成本低、收获效益高、原料易得和营养均衡等优点,逐渐成为畜牧产业的主要饲料。传统青贮收获作业中人工依赖度高、抛料均匀性不足且抛送筒控制人员存在一定的安全隐患。青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统通过信息采集... 青贮饲料因具有生产成本低、收获效益高、原料易得和营养均衡等优点,逐渐成为畜牧产业的主要饲料。传统青贮收获作业中人工依赖度高、抛料均匀性不足且抛送筒控制人员存在一定的安全隐患。青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统通过信息采集设备实时获取料箱位置与环境动态信息,根据设定的青贮饲料填充模式进行抛送作业,解析填充状态,同时液压伺服控制系统根据识别定位情况动态调节抛送筒旋转角度与出料高度,实现青贮饲料落料点的控制。本文系统综述了当前国内外青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统的研究现状;分析了机器视觉、激光雷达与传感器在自动抛送系统中的工作原理与具体应用方法;针对我国青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统发展存在的问题,提出了研发多模态感知架构、开发高动态液压伺服系统与低惯量抛送筒材料、构建“青贮机-伴随车”群体协同作业模式的建议;同时,对青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统的发展方向进行预测,以期为我国青贮饲料收获机自动跟随抛送系统的研究提供参考。 展开更多

基于SPH-FEM大蒜切茎装置动力学分析及参数优化

针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物... 针对目前大蒜联合收获机切茎装置切削性能较差、切割阻力较大、切割不及时易造成大蒜鳞茎损伤以及夹持输送装置堵塞等问题,基于SPH-FEM耦合算法设计了一种大蒜双圆盘式切茎装置,并进行了动力学分析及参数优化。根据大蒜茎秆的结构、物理参数和力学特性参数,确定了大蒜茎秆的材料模型。利用ANSYS/LS-DYNA构建大蒜切割过程仿真模型,通过有限元仿真结果确定最优圆盘刀结构参数,圆盘刀厚度2 mm、圆盘刀刃角15°和圆盘刀重叠量15 mm。运用仿真模型进行单因素仿真试验,确定了大蒜切茎装置的喂入速度、圆盘刀转速、圆盘刀间距的取值范围分别为1.5~2.5 km/h、400~600 r/min、1~3 mm;采用Box-Behnken设计三因素三水平正交组合试验方案,通过台架试验确定各因素水平下圆盘刀最大切割阻力,运用Design-Expert 13对试验结果进行方差和响应面分析,得到大蒜切茎装置实际最佳工作参数,喂入速度为2.1 km/h、圆盘刀转速为560 r/min、圆盘刀间距为1 mm。台架试验结果表明,在最优工作参数下最大切割阻力为7.33 N,误差为7.5%。本文所设计的双圆盘式切茎装置切割阻力小、工作性能稳定,茎秆切割面较为平整,并且在试验过程中无鳞茎损伤,满足大蒜收获茎秆切割要求,可为大蒜联合收获机械的设计提供参考。 展开更多

工农业生产对永磁同步电机的效率和振动噪声性能提出了更高标准的要求,旨在生产过程中实现更高的能源利用效率和更低的环境噪声水平。文章基于多物理场有限元分析平台与永磁同步电机实验平台,对一台内置式永磁同步电机进行研究。基于电... 工农业生产对永磁同步电机的效率和振动噪声性能提出了更高标准的要求,旨在生产过程中实现更高的能源利用效率和更低的环境噪声水平。文章基于多物理场有限元分析平台与永磁同步电机实验平台,对一台内置式永磁同步电机进行研究。基于电机q轴切边转子的结构特点和磁路结构,提出一种具有隔磁孔结构的新型转子,该结构可以减小漏磁、提升主磁通,有利于降低损耗、提高效率,并降低径向电磁力密度幅值、减小振动噪声。针对该结构,结合遗传进化算法,以电机电磁力密度幅值、永磁体用量、输出转矩、转矩脉动为优化目标进行多目标优化。最后,对比分析优化前后电机的效率和振动噪声等性能,基于优选参数制造优化后的样机,并进行空载、负载和振动噪声实验,实验结果验证了电机新型转子结构的有效性和优化分析的正确性。 展开更多

改良催化铁内电解预处理除磷试验

采用改良催化铁内电解工艺处理生活污水,研究了铜网层数、气水比、回流比、填料投加量、HRT、进水TP质量浓度对催化铁内电解除磷的影响。结果表明,以3层铜网等间距分割效果最佳,TP和COD的去除效率分别为76.54%和37.08%;在气水比9∶1,回... 采用改良催化铁内电解工艺处理生活污水,研究了铜网层数、气水比、回流比、填料投加量、HRT、进水TP质量浓度对催化铁内电解除磷的影响。结果表明,以3层铜网等间距分割效果最佳,TP和COD的去除效率分别为76.54%和37.08%;在气水比9∶1,回流比200%,填料投加量200 g/L,HRT为4 h条件下,系统对TP的去除效果最佳,分别达到77.43%、77.59%、77.41%、76.40%。TP去除率随进水质量浓度增加而下降,但依旧保持在74%以上,说明催化铁内电解具有一定的抗冲击负荷的能力。采用1次(反冲洗)/8天能解决系统连续运行除磷效率降低的问题,COD、TP平均去除率分别为76.54%和37.26%。SEM-EDS、XRD、红外分析显示,催化铁内电解对磷的去除主要是通过化学沉淀、络合吸附和共沉淀共同作用的结果,其产物主要有磷酸铁盐沉淀、碱式磷酸铁沉淀和铁的氢氧化物。 展开更多

目标检测是计算机视觉领域的重要分支,它需要对图像中的目标完成分类与定位。单阶段目标检测速度较快,但也存在预测框与真实框误差过大的问题,并且在对小、遮挡、密集目标检测时的效果较差。当前的研究主要聚焦于网络架构的优化,但取得... 目标检测是计算机视觉领域的重要分支,它需要对图像中的目标完成分类与定位。单阶段目标检测速度较快,但也存在预测框与真实框误差过大的问题,并且在对小、遮挡、密集目标检测时的效果较差。当前的研究主要聚焦于网络架构的优化,但取得的提升有限。提出基于非中心的目标检测框架,采用非中心的预测框推理策略、基于图像分割标签的样本划分策略以及极大值合并的后处理方法。该优化方法具有较强的泛化能力,可以运用在各类使用全卷积神经网络的单阶段目标检测器上。进行了消融实验以验证上述方法的有效性,并在不同尺度的基线模型上进行了对比实验。结果表明,在不提升计算消耗且使用相同主干网络的前提下,AP^(50-95)与AP^(50)分别平均提升了1.6与2.38个百分点。 展开更多
