目的探讨归芪白术方辅助化疗在中晚期胃癌中的应用效果。方法以随机数字表法将2021年8月—2022年12月在该院接受治疗的127例中晚期胃癌分为Ⅰ组(63例)与Ⅱ组(64例)。Ⅰ组采取常规化疗治疗,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组基础上使用归芪白术方辅助治疗,两组...目的探讨归芪白术方辅助化疗在中晚期胃癌中的应用效果。方法以随机数字表法将2021年8月—2022年12月在该院接受治疗的127例中晚期胃癌分为Ⅰ组(63例)与Ⅱ组(64例)。Ⅰ组采取常规化疗治疗,Ⅱ组在Ⅰ组基础上使用归芪白术方辅助治疗,两组均治疗1个化疗周期并随访6个月。比较两组治疗后6个月临床疗效、治疗前及治疗后6个月生活质量评分、功能状态评分、中医证候积分、免疫功能、肿瘤标志物水平、治疗期间不良反应发生率。结果与Ⅰ组比较,Ⅱ组治疗后6个月总有效率更高;与治疗前比较,治疗后6个月两组欧洲癌症研究与治疗组织生命质量测定量表(European organization for research and treatment of cancer,EORTC QLQ-C30)、卡氏功能状态评分标准(Karnofsky functional status,KPS)评分、血清CD_(3)^(+)、CD_(4)^(+)、自然杀伤细胞(natural killer cells,NK)水平均上升,Ⅱ组高于Ⅰ组;与治疗前比较,治疗后6个月两组中医证候积分、血清CD_(8)^(+)、细胞角蛋白19片段21-1(cytokeratin 19 fragment 21-1,CYFRA21-1)、癌抗原19-9(cancer antigen 19-9,CA19-9)、癌抗原125(cancer antigen 125,CA125)、组织多肽特异抗原(tissue polypeptide specific antigen,TPS)水平均降低,Ⅱ组低于Ⅰ组;与Ⅰ组比较,治疗期间Ⅱ组各项不良反应发生率均更低,差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论归芪白术方辅助化疗在中晚期胃癌治疗中可有效提高临床疗效,增强免疫功能,降低肿瘤标志物表达水平,缓解临床症状,提升患者生活质量及功能状态,降低不良反应发生风险。展开更多
为了深入研究一季稻发育期及发育期长度(growth periods lengths,GLs)对气候变化的响应,基于1991—2020年湖北省5个农业气象观测站发育期观测数据和逐日气象数据,分析了湖北省一季稻发育期及GLs的变化特征,量化了发育期及GLs变化对日平...为了深入研究一季稻发育期及发育期长度(growth periods lengths,GLs)对气候变化的响应,基于1991—2020年湖北省5个农业气象观测站发育期观测数据和逐日气象数据,分析了湖北省一季稻发育期及GLs的变化特征,量化了发育期及GLs变化对日平均气温、日平均地温、气温日较差、相对湿度、降水量、日照时数的敏感性。结果表明,1991—2020年湖北省一季稻发育期以推后趋势为主(平均2.97 d 10 a^(-1)),即每10年平均推后2.97d,其中成熟期推后趋势最明显(4.99d10a^(-1))。GLs以延长的趋势为主(3.22d10a^(-1)),其中分蘖—拔节延长趋势最明显(8.17d10 a^(-1))。发育期及其长度的变化对日平均气温敏感性最高。其中日平均气温与移栽、返青、分蘖、拔节相关系数分别为–0.59、–0.45、–0.47和–0.49(P<0.05)。日平均气温对拔节—孕穗、孕穗—抽穗、抽穗—乳熟、生殖生长期的敏感系数分别为7.79、7.62、5.69和9.17。研究表明,影响湖北省一季稻发育期的主导气候因子是气温、地温和气温日较差,而相对湿度、降水和日照时数作用较小。然而气候因子也只能解释发育期及其长度变异的48.22%,可以推测除气候因子外,一季稻发育期及其长度变化可能还受到品种更换、技术进步及栽培管理方式变化等因素的综合影响,未来的研究可以考虑量化这些因素的贡献率。展开更多

It was found that triple junctions with more random boundaries could be the primary nucleation sites for a new phase, while triple junctions with low angle or low ∑ coincidence boundaries did not play any role as preferential sites. The migration of α/γ interphase boundary during heating over the transformation temperature range showed the two stage behaviour characterized by a stage with a migration velocity of 0. 33-0. 75 mm/s and secondly by a stage with 3. 7-7. 6 mm/s. It was also found that abnormal grain growth and a high density of ∑3 coincidence boundaries could occur in a phase with bcc structure after cycling of α/γ phase transformation. A new mechanism of nucleation and growth of a new phase in α/γ phase transformation is proposed on the basis of roles of plane-matching interphase boundaries, as previously discussed on the origin of anisotropy of grain growth due to the migration of {110} plane-matching boundaries in Fe-3z%Si alloy. The most recent theoretical work on the distribution of plane-matching boundaries in solids with different crystal structures was found to be useful for the understanding of nucleation and growth during α/γ phase transformation.展开更多
