Lyantria dispar larvae were fed with the leaves of Populus deltoids seedlings exposed to methyl jasmonate (MeJA) for 24 h. The growth and development of the larvae were investigated, and phenolics contents in treated leaves including pyrocatechol, caffeic acid, coumarin, fernlic acid and benzoic acid were also surveyed by high-pressure liquid chromatography (HPLC). Results indicated that approximate digestibility, efficiency of conversion of ingested food, efficiency of conversion of digested food, and weight of the larvae were inhibited obviously, especially from the sixth day, which may result from the increase of total phenolics contents in treated leaves. This result provides strong supports for MeJA acting as the airborne signal molecule between woody plants. 展开更多

The wild Lepista sordida is a kind of precious and rare edible fungus.An excellent strain of it by artificial domestication was obtained,which was high-yield and high in iron content.In this study,high-throughput comparative proteomics was used to reveal the regulatory mechanism of its primordium differentiation in the early fruiting body formation.The mycelium before the primordium differentiation mainly expressed high levels of mitochondrial functional proteins and carbon dioxide concentration regulatory proteins.In young mushrooms,the highly expressed proteins were mainly involved in cell component generation,cell proliferation,nitrogen compound metabolism,nucleotide metabolism,glutathione metabolism,and purine metabolism.The differential regulation patterns of pileus and stipe growth to maturity were also revealed.The highly expressed proteins related to transcription,RNA splicing,the production of various organelles,DNA conformational change,nucleosome organization,protein processing,maturation and transport,and cell detoxification regulated the pileus development and maturity.The proteins related to carbohydrate and energy metabolism,large amounts of obsolete cytoplasmic parts,nutrient deprivation,and external stimuli regulated the stipe development and maturity.Multiple CAZymes regulated nutrient absorption,morphogenesis,spore production,stress response,and other life activities at different growth and development stages. 展开更多

Accumulating data suggest that FGFs/FGFR1 plays essential roles in the bone development and human skeletal diseases. Conditional inactivation of fgfrl caused different phenotypes displaying in different cells or specific organs and revealed some novel functions of FGFR1 in bone development. Fgfrl mutation mainly induced 2 types of human skeletal diseases, craniosynostosis syndrome and dysplasias. Similar mutation of fgfrl in mouse model just mimicked the phenotype that happened in human. These fa- cilitate the investigation on the underlying mechanism of the diseases. Here we mainly focused on the ad- vance of FGFR1 function in the bone development and its mutation caused skeletal diseases. 展开更多

Food must supply a balance of nutrients to support both brain and body.The human brain makes us uniquely human.Essential fatty acids are part of the metabolic pathways that define tissue structure and function.Omega-6(O6)linoleic acid(LA6)has long been known to be required for skin structure,and as a precursor for inflammatory,thrombotic,immune,and other signaling molecules.Omega-3(O3)alpha-linolenic acid(ALA3)and particularly its long chain product docosahexaenoic acid(DHA3)has a key structural role in the brain,retina,and related neural tissue.In the 20 th century western world,inexpensive,high quality oils primarily from LA6-rich/O3-poor vegetable seed oils became dominant fats produced by the food industry.Provision of LA6-rich/O3-poor oils as the sole source of fat in the diets of pregnant animals causes O3 deficiency and poor brain development,primarily because high LA6 antagonizes metabolism of all O3,creating an artificial metabolic demand for O3.Data developed over the last 2~3 decades show that provision of low LA6 combined with preformed DHA3 optimizes brain function.Recent studies emphasize the importance of nutrition to support brain development,with newer findings showing particular importance of fatty acid balance in malnourished children.The World Health Organization(WHO)through the Codex Alimentarius(“Code for Food”)is increasingly recognizing the primacy of brain health and in part on that basis recently acted to recommend balanced fat for Ready-to-Use-Therapeutic Foods used to treat children with severe acute malnutrition.Similar principles are likely to be important in older persons.Industry now has the tools to adjust the composition of oils to support brain health throughout the life cycle. 展开更多

Objective: To detect the expressions of brain-derived neurotrophic factor (BDNF) and nerve growth factor (NGF) in purified rat choroid plexus epithelial cells in vitro. Methods: Primary and passage choroid plexus epithelial cells were obtained from newborn, one-day Spragne-Dawley rats. The expressions of BDNF and NGF were measured by qRT-PCR and Western blottingting. The secretions of BDNF and NGF were detected by ELISA. Cell supematants of primary cells, purified cells and passage 1 cells were harvested. Results: The expression of BDNF in the purified cells was significantly lower than that in the primary cells (P〈0.05), and it in the primary cells and the purified cells was significantly higher than that in the passage 1 cells (P〈0.05). The expression of NGF was significantly higher in the purified cells than in the primary cells and the passage 1 cells (P〈0.05). It in the passage 1 cells was significantly higher than that in the primary cells (P〈0.05). Conclusion: The time of CPECs transplantation for central nervous system diseases should be selected based on their secretory function and features,which could lead to better and more effective treatment. 展开更多

To elucidate the development of heartwood,bark,sapwood,pith and specific gravity of wood in fastgrowing teak(Tectona grandis)plantations in Costa Rica,we sampled three trees in each of 55 plantations and modelled each variable with age,site and different tree heights.Age and stand density of plantations were significant correlated with stem diameter at breast height and total height of the tree.Formation of heartwood was initiated at the age of 4-year-old and increased in direct proportion with age.The age of plantation had a significant relationship with stem diameter at breast height,heartwood percentage,sapwood thickness,sapwood percentage,percentage of bark,pith diameter and percentage,and specify gravity.The model for these tree parameters was model with these parameters as dependent variable and in relation to age as independent variable. 展开更多

This paper reviews the history of ZnO varistor,discribes its properties and recenttechnological status and forecasts its evolution.The future development trend is to produce the low-voltage high-energy multi-layer ZnO varistors.After the two additives are classified by their functions,the effect mechanism of Bi_2O_3 and TiO_2 additives are researched theoretically.TiO_2 will make ZnO graingrow bigger and V_ImA/mm be depressed down.Especially the colloid TiO_2 additive in the scale ofnanometer brings about a new method to realize the low voltage of ZnO varistor,which resolves theproblem of how to disturb nanometer powder evenly.Moreover the sintering temperature has prominenteffect on the electrical properties of ZnO varistors.Generally,the appropriate sintering temperature forlow-voltage ZnO varistor ceramics should not be more than 1 250℃.These provide an effective methodand rationale for studying low-voltage ZnO varistors. 展开更多

【目的】通过探究平欧杂种榛扦插苗不同生长时期根系表型动态特征以及光合特性变化规律,建立根系生长与光合指标的关系模型,用于模拟和预测扦插苗根系生长状况,为今后探究成龄树根系生长指标对光合指标的响应奠定基础。【方法】以1年生... 【目的】通过探究平欧杂种榛扦插苗不同生长时期根系表型动态特征以及光合特性变化规律,建立根系生长与光合指标的关系模型,用于模拟和预测扦插苗根系生长状况,为今后探究成龄树根系生长指标对光合指标的响应奠定基础。【方法】以1年生平欧杂种榛扦插苗为研究对象,分别测定扦插苗在生根期、生长初期、生长中期和生长旺盛期净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度和气孔导度等光合指标;并利用根系扫描仪扫描完整根系测定总根长、总表面积、根系平均直径、根系总体积及根尖数等根系生长指标。采用二次多项式逐步回归法,构建基于光合指标的根系生长发育评价模型,以期明确光合指标与根系生长指标的关系。【结果】1)各根系生长指标在不同生长期存在显著差异,生长旺盛期的总根长是生根期的3.6倍、根系总表面积是生根期的2.8倍、根系总体积是生根期的2倍。2)根尖数是反映根系活力状况的指标之一,在生长中期达到峰值,是生根期的8.9倍,而在生长旺盛期数量骤减至不足生长中期的50%。3)净光合速率、蒸腾速率、胞间CO_(2)浓度、气孔导度等光合指标在扦插苗的各生长期存在显著差异,生根期的净光合速率是生长旺盛期的1.8倍、蒸腾速率是生长旺盛期的4.3倍。胞间CO_(2)浓度随着生长期推移而增加,在生长旺盛期达到生根期的1.3倍;气孔导度有先增后降的变化趋势,在生长中期达到高峰(生根期的2.4倍),在生长旺盛期锐减(生长中期的25%)。4)扦插苗的根系总体积、总根长及总表面积与胞间CO_(2)浓度和气孔导度呈正相关;净光合速率和蒸腾速率与根系平均直径呈正相关;根尖数与气孔导度呈正相关。5)构建的基于光合指标的根系生长发育评估模型(R^(2)=0.75)预测结果较好且精度高(MSE=0.12),能较全面地反映根系生长发育状况。【结论】光合指标及根系生长指标在不同根系生长时期差异显著,该研究建立的基于光合指标的根系生长发育评估模型可为无损评估平欧杂种榛扦插苗根系生长提供科学、便捷的方法。 展开更多

目的调查保定市城区0~5岁儿童的体格发育、营养状况,并分析超重、肥胖儿童的饮食行为状况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取2019年1月至2022年12月于保定市城区妇幼保健机构体检的4319名0~5岁儿童为研究对象,分为0月龄(出生时)、1月龄、... 目的调查保定市城区0~5岁儿童的体格发育、营养状况,并分析超重、肥胖儿童的饮食行为状况。方法采用随机整群抽样方法,选取2019年1月至2022年12月于保定市城区妇幼保健机构体检的4319名0~5岁儿童为研究对象,分为0月龄(出生时)、1月龄、3月龄、6月龄、8月龄、12月龄、18月龄、2岁、2.5岁、3岁、4岁、5岁12个年龄组,测量身高、体质量,并与《2015年中国九市七岁以下儿童体格发育调查》(以下简称“中国九市”)的结果进行比较,评价儿童生长迟缓率、低体质量率、超重率、肥胖率。将本研究3~5岁年龄段检出的肥胖和超重儿童与正常儿童按照1∶1配对,采用中国学龄前儿童饮食行为量表(Chinese preschoolers'eating behavior questionnaire,CPEBQ)对儿童的饮食行为进行评价。统计学方法采用t检验。结果0~5岁各年龄组中,除6月龄、2岁及3岁年龄组的身高外,除12月龄、2.5岁及4岁年龄组的体质量外,男童身高和体质量均高于女童,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。保定市城区0~5岁男女童体质量、身高均与“中国九市”城区标准持平,且生长趋势一致。在本研究调查的4319名0~5岁儿童中,生长迟缓59名(1.37%),低体质量49名(1.13%),超重287名(6.64%),肥胖164名(3.80%),其中各年龄段均存在超重和肥胖。3~5岁超重和肥胖儿童挑食、不良进食习惯、过饱响应、外因性进食CPEBQ评分均低于正常儿童,食物响应和主动进食CPEBQ评分均高于正常儿童,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论保定市城区0~5岁儿童的体格发育状况良好,营养不良比例较低,但是超重率和肥胖率均较高,与儿童的不良饮食行为相关,应引起高度重视。 展开更多

两种血清标志物和脑电图与急性脑梗死患者病灶体积及神经功能的相关性研究

目的探讨急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者脑电图、血清胰岛素生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)与病灶体积及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National In... 目的探讨急性脑梗死(acute cerebral infarction,ACI)患者脑电图、血清胰岛素生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(neuron-specific enolase,NSE)与病灶体积及美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(National Institute of Health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分的关系。方法选择2021年8月至2022年12月在南京市溧水区人民医院神经内科首次确诊的ACI患者218例,根据病灶体积分为大体积组63例、中体积组103例和小体积组52例。检测患者脑电图(δ+θ)与(α+β)功率比[(δ+θ)/(α+β)ratio,DTABR]、大脑对称指数(brainspine interface,BSI)、血清IGF-1和NSE水平,观察上述指标与MRI检查脑梗死病灶体积、NIHSS评分、阿替普酶溶栓后2周、4周时NIHSS评分的相关性。结果中体积组和大体积组IGF-1水平明显低于小体积组,NSE、DTABR、BSI明显高于小体积组(P<0.05);大体积组IGF-1水平明显低于中体积组,NSE、DTABR、BSI明显高于中体积组(P<0.05)。DTABR、BSI、血清NSE与病灶体积(r=0.563,P=0.000;r=0.318,P=0.038;r=0.673,P=0.000)和治疗前NIHSS评分(r=0.499,P=0.000;r=0.362,P=0.013;r=0.750,P=0.001)呈显著正相关。血清IGF-1水平与病灶体积(r=-0.572,P=0.000)和治疗前NIHSS评分(r=-0.438,P=0.001)呈显著负相关。DTABR、BSI、血清NSE、病灶体积均与溶栓后2、4周NIHSS评分呈正相关,IGF-1与溶栓后2、4周NIHSS评分呈负相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论ACI患者脑电图、IGF-1和NSE与病灶体积和溶栓后NIHSS评分显著相关。 展开更多

为探究功能物质(猪血氨基酸多肽和蚯蚓裂解液)对甘薯育苗过程中低温胁迫的缓解作用,本研究以普薯32为试材,采用温室育苗试验和主成分分析法,探究并综合评价叶面喷施外源功能物质对低温胁迫下甘薯苗生长及养分吸收的影响。结果表明,叶面... 为探究功能物质(猪血氨基酸多肽和蚯蚓裂解液)对甘薯育苗过程中低温胁迫的缓解作用,本研究以普薯32为试材,采用温室育苗试验和主成分分析法,探究并综合评价叶面喷施外源功能物质对低温胁迫下甘薯苗生长及养分吸收的影响。结果表明,叶面喷施两种功能物质均能增加薯苗株高、干物质率、百株重、采苗量,提高叶片SPAD值和植株含磷量,促进薯苗对磷钾元素的吸收累积。低温胁迫明显降低苗床温度,延迟甘薯出苗时间,显著抑制薯苗株高,降幅达10.3%~17.5%,无拱棚(C)处理组薯苗茎粗明显大于其他处理组;低温胁迫明显降低薯苗吸磷量和吸钾量,C处理组薯苗干物质率显著高于其他处理组。主成分分析结果表明,百株重、采苗量、株高、含钾量、吸磷量和吸钾量这6个因子可作为表征甘薯生长发育、养分吸收以及壮苗量的指标。综合得分结果表明,喷施功能物质能促进薯苗生长发育及养分吸收,且同种育苗方式下,喷施猪血氨基酸多肽的效果优于蚯蚓裂解液,其中大棚+小棚苗床处理的喷施效果最佳。 展开更多

植物形态学涵盖的知识点繁多,且植物的微观结构和生长发育过程难以直接观察,增加了教学的难度。为应对这一问题,本文提出了构建植物形态结构与生长发育虚拟仿真实训系统,以辅助教学并探索新的教学模式,为植物细胞、组织、器官的形态结... 植物形态学涵盖的知识点繁多,且植物的微观结构和生长发育过程难以直接观察,增加了教学的难度。为应对这一问题,本文提出了构建植物形态结构与生长发育虚拟仿真实训系统,以辅助教学并探索新的教学模式,为植物细胞、组织、器官的形态结构、生长发育及生理功能的教学提供有力支持。该系统基于B/S架构,部署在校园网服务器上,用户通过Web浏览器访问,终端与服务器进行数据通信。系统包括理论学习、理论考核、实操练习和实操考核四个模块。教学实践表明,该系统克服了学时和微观结构的限制,规范了实验操作,提高了切片操作的安全性,激发了学生的学习兴趣,帮助学生更好地掌握理论知识和实践技能。 展开更多

多种情感与认知任务驱动下大脑可泛化神经表征的发育模式

从脑智发育视角来讲,神经系统随着心理发展会产生出一系列具有功能特异化(specialization)且高度协同的模块。这些模块之间究竟如何协同支撑儿童情感与认知功能发展呢?本研究综合利用多个经典的情感与认知任务范式(含注意网络测试、情... 从脑智发育视角来讲,神经系统随着心理发展会产生出一系列具有功能特异化(specialization)且高度协同的模块。这些模块之间究竟如何协同支撑儿童情感与认知功能发展呢?本研究综合利用多个经典的情感与认知任务范式(含注意网络测试、情绪匹配和工作记忆任务)以及层级化(hierarchical)的多体素神经表征建模方法,重点考察7~12岁学龄儿童多元需求(multi-demand)额顶系统在情感与认知任务驱动下的通用性(task-general)作用以及分层级神经表征的组织方式。结果表明:儿童低年龄组、儿童高年龄组和成人组被试均表现出了多元需求额顶系统(包括顶内沟和额眼区域)共同参与多种情感与认知任务的现象,即跨任务共同激活;值得强调的是,学龄儿童多元需求额顶系统表现出了更低水平的跨任务神经表征可泛化性(generalizability),而作为控制分析的前扣带回、背外侧前额叶和前脑岛则没有表现出组间的可泛化性差异。我们推测多元需求额顶系统在发育中可能作为一个潜在的通用性“枢纽”,通过组构性(compositionality)的信息组织方式,实现不同任务目标驱动下分层级的神经表征与计算,进而支撑情感与认知功能随龄的发展。本研究突破了当前单任务范式视角下的发展认知神经科学研究框架,有望为理解跨情感与认知领域的脑智发育工作原理和开发人工智能新型算法提供新的启示。 展开更多

全生育期盐胁迫对不同耐盐性水稻品种(系)生长发育的影响

以4个耐盐水稻品种(系)(R2803、11146S/R2803、R889、1146S/R889)和1个盐敏感水稻品种(香粤农)为试验材料,设置5种海盐质量分数(0‰、1.5‰、3.0‰、4.5‰、6.0‰)进行水培试验,比较5个水稻品种(系)生长发育指标的差异。结果表明:随盐... 以4个耐盐水稻品种(系)(R2803、11146S/R2803、R889、1146S/R889)和1个盐敏感水稻品种(香粤农)为试验材料,设置5种海盐质量分数(0‰、1.5‰、3.0‰、4.5‰、6.0‰)进行水培试验,比较5个水稻品种(系)生长发育指标的差异。结果表明:随盐质量分数的增加,各水稻品种(系)几个生育时期株高、叶龄、群体茎蘖数、叶面积、根系伤流强度、根体积均呈下降趋势,其中盐敏感水稻品种香粤农的降幅明显大于各耐盐水稻品种(系)的,4个耐盐水稻品种(系)的降幅从大到小依次为R2803、R889、11146S/R2803、1146S/R889;随盐质量分数增加,各水稻品种(系)的有效穗数、每穗粒数、结实率、千粒质量、单穴产量均呈下降趋势,且均以盐敏感水稻品种香粤农的降幅最大,杂交稻品系的降幅小于常规稻的,在盐质量分数1.5‰~6.0‰条件下,R2803单穴产量的降幅为37.07%~90.96%,1146S/R889单穴产量降幅为17.14%~75.59%。综合来看,1146S/R889各生长发育指标、产量及其构成因素在盐胁迫下降幅最小,耐盐性最强。 展开更多
