摘要进入新时代,从“高速度”到“高质量”发展,中国经济迎来深层次的蜕变。消费、投资、出口拉动经济作用显著,新质生产力加速形成,对世界经济贡献率稳固攀升。这些成就得益于坚持党的全面领导,坚持以改革为主线,坚持以人民为中心,坚持稳中求进总基调,坚持集中力量办大事的制度优势。当前,面对百年变局加速演进、市场预期偏弱、内需动力不足、国内大循环不畅通、产业体系大而不强等诸多问题和挑战,我国必须保持战略定力,建设高水平开放型经济新体制,精准施策全方位扩大国内需求,积极扩大有效投资,因地制宜大力发展新质生产力。 Since the beginning of the new era,China's economy has undergone a profound transformation from ‘high growth rate' to ‘high quality'.Consumption,investment and exports have played a significant role in driving the economy,new productivity has accelerated,and the rate of contribution to the world economy has climbed steadily.These achievements have been made possible by adhering to the overall leadership of the Communist Party of China,the main line of reform,the people-centred approach,the general tone of seeking progress amidst stability,and the systemic advantage of focusing on doing great things.At present,in the face of the complicated international situation,weak market expectations,insufficient momentum in domestic demand,the domestic cycle is not smooth,and the industrial system is large but not strong and many other problems and challenges,China must maintain strategic determination,build a new high-level open economic system,implement precise measures to expand domestic demand on all fronts,actively expand effective investment,and vigorously develop new productive forces in accordance with local conditions.
