We demonstrate coherent optical frequency dissemination over a distance of 972 km by cascading two spans where the phase noise is passively compensated for.Instead of employing a phase discriminator and a phase lockin...We demonstrate coherent optical frequency dissemination over a distance of 972 km by cascading two spans where the phase noise is passively compensated for.Instead of employing a phase discriminator and a phase locking loop in the conventional active phase control scheme,the passive phase noise cancellation is realized by feeding double-trip beat-note frequency to the driver of the acoustic optical modulator at the local site.This passive scheme exhibits fine robustness and reliability,making it suitable for long-distance and noisy fiber links.An optical regeneration station is used in the link for signal amplification and cascaded transmission.The phase noise cancellation and transfer instability of the 972-km link is investigated,and transfer instability of 1.1×10^(-19)at 10^(4)s is achieved.This work provides a promising method for realizing optical frequency distribution over thousands of kilometers by using fiber links.展开更多
Bushfires are devastating to forest managers,owners,residents,and the natural environment.Recent tech-nological advances indicate a potential for faster response times in terms of detecting and suppressing fires.Howev...Bushfires are devastating to forest managers,owners,residents,and the natural environment.Recent tech-nological advances indicate a potential for faster response times in terms of detecting and suppressing fires.However,to date,all these technologies have been applied in isola-tion.This paper introduces the latest fire detection and sup-pression technologies from ground to space.An operations research method was used to assemble these technologies into a theoretical framework for fire detection and suppres-sion.The framework harnesses the advantages of satellite-based,drone,sensor,and human reporting technologies as well as image processing and artificial intelligence machine learning.The study concludes that,if a system is designed to maximise the use of available technologies and carefully adopts them through complementary arrangements,a fire detection and resource suppression system can achieve the ultimate aim:to reduce the risk of fire hazards and the dam-age they may cause.展开更多
Leveraging big data analytics and advanced algorithms to accelerate and optimize the process of molecular and materials design, synthesis, and application has revolutionized the field of molecular and materials scienc...Leveraging big data analytics and advanced algorithms to accelerate and optimize the process of molecular and materials design, synthesis, and application has revolutionized the field of molecular and materials science, allowing researchers to gain a deeper understanding of material properties and behaviors,leading to the development of new materials that are more efficient and reliable. However, the difficulty in constructing large-scale datasets of new molecules/materials due to the high cost of data acquisition and annotation limits the development of conventional machine learning(ML) approaches. Knowledgereused transfer learning(TL) methods are expected to break this dilemma. The application of TL lowers the data requirements for model training, which makes TL stand out in researches addressing data quality issues. In this review, we summarize recent progress in TL related to molecular and materials. We focus on the application of TL methods for the discovery of advanced molecules/materials, particularly, the construction of TL frameworks for different systems, and how TL can enhance the performance of models. Manipulation of quantum coherence of light in the temporal domain enables the production of the single-photon source, which has become one of the most important quantum resources. High-order quantum coherence in the spatial domain plays a crucial role in a variety of applications, such as quantum imaging, holography, and microscopy. However, the active control of second-order spatial quantum coherence remains a challenging task. Here we predict theoretically and demonstrate experimentally the first active manipulation of second-order spatial quantum coherence,which exhibits the capability of switching between bunching and anti-bunching, by mapping the entanglement of spatially structured photons. We also show that signal processing based on quantum coherence exhibits robust resistance to intensity disturbance. Our findings not only enhance existing applications but also pave the way for broader utilization of higher-order spatial quantum coherence.展开更多

Herein, MoS2 is verified to reduce the Gibbs free energy for rate-limiting step of sulfur reduction and the dissociation energy of lithium sulfide(Li2 S) for the first time employing theoretical calculations. The Mo S2 nanosheets coated on mesoporous hollow carbon spheres(MHCS) are then reasonably designed as a sulfur host for high-capacity and long-life Li–S battery, in which MHCS can guarantee the high sulfur loading and fast electron/ion transfer. It is revealed that the shuttle effect is efficiently inhibited because of the boosted conversion of Li PSs. As a result, the coin cell based on the MHCS@Mo S2-S cathode exhibits stable cycling performance maintaining 735.7 mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1.0 C. More importantly, the pouch cell employing the MHCS@Mo S2-S cathodes achieves high specific capacity of1353.2 m Ah g^(-1) and prominent cycle stability that remaining 960.0 m Ah g^(-1) with extraordinary capacity retention of 79.8% at 0.1 C after 170 cycles. Therefore, this work paves a new avenue for developing practical high specific energy and long-life pouch-type Li–S batteries.展开更多
BACKGROUND:Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a complex and heterogeneous disease.We aimed to design and validate a prognostic nomogram for improving the prediction of short-term survival in patients with AP.METHODS:The clinica...BACKGROUND:Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a complex and heterogeneous disease.We aimed to design and validate a prognostic nomogram for improving the prediction of short-term survival in patients with AP.METHODS:The clinical data of 632 patients with AP were obtained from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)-IV database.The nomogram for the prediction of 30-day,60-day and 90-day survival was developed by incorporating the risk factors identified by multivariate Cox analyses.RESULTS:Multivariate Cox proportional hazard model analysis showed that age(hazard ratio[HR]=1.06,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.03-1.08,P<0.001),white blood cell count(HR=1.03,95%CI 1.00-1.06,P=0.046),systolic blood pressure(HR=0.99,95%CI 0.97-1.00,P=0.015),serum lactate level(HR=1.10,95%CI 1.01-1.20,P=0.023),and Simplified Acute Physiology Score II(HR=1.04,95%CI 1.02-1.06,P<0.001)were independent predictors of 90-day mortality in patients with AP.A prognostic nomogram model for 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival based on these variables was built.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis demonstrated that the nomogram had good accuracy for predicting 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival(area under the ROC curve:0.796,0.812,and 0.854,respectively;bootstrap-corrected C-index value:0.782,0.799,and 0.846,respectively).CONCLUSION:The nomogram-based prognostic model was able to accurately predict 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival outcomes and thus may be of value for risk stratification and clinical decision-making for critically ill patients with AP.展开更多
Objective To study the characteristics of spectra on proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS) and its value in patients with mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (ME...Objective To study the characteristics of spectra on proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS) and its value in patients with mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (MELAS). Methods Seven clinically diagnosed patients with MELAS underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ^1H-MRS examinations. The ^1H-MRS techniques, characteristics of the spectra, and its correlation with the laboratory tests were analyzed. Reaults Cerebral abnormalities were revealed in all 7 patients on conventional MR images, and most abnormal signals were observed in bilateral occipital, parietal, and temporal lobes. We found 4 cases with basal ganglia involvement, 2 cases with mild frontal lobe lesions, and 1 case with involvement of lateral cerebral peduncles and thalami. Additionally, 1 patient was involved with left insular lobe. Spectra from prominent lesions in brain parenchyma showed lactate doublet peak in 6 patients, 3 of whom were also noted lactate peak in ventricular cerehrospinal fluid (CSF). Conclusion ^1H-MRS may provide more direct information about the metabolism changes, which aids to affirm the diagnosis, and may replace the conventional invasive method of quantifying lactate in CSF.展开更多
Single-ion conducting solid polymer electrolytes are expected to play a vital role in the realization of solid-state Li metal batteries.In this work,a lithiated Nafion(Li-Nafion)-garnet ceramic Li6.25La3 Zr2 Al0.25O12...Single-ion conducting solid polymer electrolytes are expected to play a vital role in the realization of solid-state Li metal batteries.In this work,a lithiated Nafion(Li-Nafion)-garnet ceramic Li6.25La3 Zr2 Al0.25O12(LLZAO)composite solid electrolyte(CSE)membrane with 30μm thickness was prepared for the first time.By employing X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope,the interaction between LLZAO and Li-Nafion was investigated.It is found that the LLZAO interacts with the Li-Nafion to form a space charge layer at the interface between LLZAO and Li-Nafion.The space charge layer reduces the migration barrier of Li-ions and improves the ionic conductivity of the CSE membrane.The CSE membrane containing 10 wt%LLZAO exhibits the highest ionic conductivity of2.26×10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃among the pristine Li-Nafion membrane,the membrane containing 5 wt%,20 wt%,and 30 wt%LLZAO,respectively.It also exhibits a high Li-ion transference number of 0.92,and a broader electrochemical window of 0-+4.8 V vs.Li+/Li than that of 0-+4.0 V vs.Li+/Li for the pristine Li-Nafion membrane.It is observed that the CSE membrane not only inhibits the growth of Li dendrites but also keeps excellent electrochemical stability with the Li electrode.Benefitting from the above merits,the solid-state LiFePO4/Li cell fabricated with the CSE membrane was practically charged and discharged at 30℃.The cell exhibits an initial reversible discharge specific capacity of 160 mAh g-1 with 97%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 0.2 C,and maintains discharge specific capacity of 126 mAh g-1 after500 cycles at 1 C.The CSE membrane prepared with Li-Nafion and LLZAO is proved to be a promising solid electrolyte for advanced solid-state Li metal batteries.展开更多

Sham-operated group, 2. Untreated MCAO group (MCAO), 3. Petroleum ether extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (PEA), 4. Ethyl acetate extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (EAEA), 5. Ethanol extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (EEA), 6. Water extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (WEA), 7. Nimodipine treated MCAO group (NP). Intragastrical drug administration (i.g) was performed at 0 and 6 hours after MCAO.Neurological function tests were performed after reperfusion for 24 hours, then the brain was removed for the evaluations of the cerebral infarction volume (percentage of total brain volume) by immunohistochemistry,histological changes (hematoxylin-eosin staining), Na+/K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase (modified method of Svoboda and Mosinger), mRNA expression of Tumor suppressor gene (P53) and hot shock protein (HSP70)(quantitative real-time PCR).Results The neurological function of MCAO group had significantly higher scores than the sham group (P<0.01). The WEA group showed a significantly lower neurological score than the MCAO group (P<0.05),indicating the protective effect of WEA on neurological deficits. The mean infarction volumes of WEA (13.5±6.6%, F=4.75, P<0.01), EEA (19.90±6.90%, F=5.23, P<0.01), PEA (20.40±5.30%, F=4.68,P<0.01) and EAEA (22.50±10.50%, F=6.25, P<0.05) group were all significantly smaller than that of MCAO group (29.40±6.50%). HE staining demonstrated that, compared to the treated groups, the infarcted cerebral tissue of MCAO group had more swelling neural cells, lighter stained nucleus, fewer and irregularly distributed neurons. The activity of Na+/K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase reduced in the MCAO group (3.67±0.48 U/mg,1.28±0.26 U/mg, respectively), and were significantly higher in WEA group (7.56±0.85 U/mg, F=12.65,P=0.010; 3.59±0.22 U/mg, F=8.32, P=0.041, respectively). The MCAO group showed significantly elevated P53 and HSP70 mRNA expressions compared to the sham group (P<0.01, P<0.05). P53 mRNA expressions in Agrimony extracts treated groups were significantly lower than that of the MCAO group (all P<0.01), with the WEA group showing the greatest difference from MCAO group. The HSP70 mRNA level of the treated groups were not significantly different from that of the MCAO group.Conclusions Treatment using water extracts of agrimony can promote the best functional and metabolic recovery for rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, which maybe relate with the upregulation of energy metabolism in nerve cells after MCAO.展开更多

Herein, the thermal attenuation mechanism of the MAPb I3films that deposited on two different hole transport layers(HTL), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT), is comprehensively studied by applying a heat treatment at 85℃. The thermal stress causes the mutual ions migration of I, Pb and Ag through the device, which leads to the thermal decomposition of perovskite to form Pb I2. Interestingly, we find that I ions tend to migrate more towards electron transport layer(ETL) during heating, which is different with the observation of I ions migration towards HTL when bias pressure is applied. Moreover, the use of electrochemical deposited PEDOT as HTL significantly decreases the defect density of MAPb I3films as compared to PEDOT:PSS supported one. The electrochemical deposition PEDOT has good carrier mobility and low acidity, which avoids the drawbacks of aqueous PEDOT:PSS. Accordingly, the inverted PSCs based on PEDOT show superior durability than that with PEDOT:PSS. Our results reveal detailed degradation routes of a new kind of inverted PSCs which can contribute to the understanding of the failure of thermal-aged inverted PSCs.展开更多
OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between Lactobacillus and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its correlation with clinical parameters.METH...OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between Lactobacillus and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its correlation with clinical parameters.METHODS Consecutive patients with AMI in the coronary care unit of Tianjin Chest Hospital in China who received emergency PCI between July 2017 and December 2018 were enrolled.Subjects’fecal 16 S r DNA gene sequencing data were analyzed and subjects were categorized into low,medium and high level groups according to stool Lactobacillus measurements.The primary endpoints were major adverse cardiac events.Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between Lactobacillus and prognosis.Spearman correlation analysis and trend tests were used to assess the relationship between Lactobacillus and the clinical indicators.RESULTS The data of 254 patients were included in the analysis.Mean age was 65.90±11.56 years,and 152 patients(59.84%)were male.Follow-up time was 652(548.25-753.00)days.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed a significantly lower risk of major adverse cardiac events in patients with Lactobacillus>7.1 copies/g[adjusted hazard ratio(HR)=0.216,95%CI:0.094-0.493,P<0.001]compared to patients with Lactobacillus≤3.6 copies/g.Statistically significant differences were shown in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)(HR=0.217,95%CI:0.085-0.551,P=0.001).Lactobacillus was a protective factor for male smokers aged over 60 years whose brain natriuretic peptide was over 1,000 pg/m L.Spearman correlation analysis showed that Lactobacillus correlated negatively with white blood cells,neutrophils,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,Troponin T,creatine kinase,creatine kinase-MB and brain natriuretic peptide(downward trend),and correlated positively with left ventricular ejection fraction(upward trend).CONCLUSIONS This study is the first to reveal the correlation between Lactobacillus and inflammation and myocardial damage after STEMI.STEMI patients,especially male smokers aged over 60 years with severe impairment of cardiac function,have better outcomes with high levels of Lactobacillus,suggesting new therapeutic strategies for improving the prognosis and quality of life of AMI patients.展开更多

The film had a hybrid morphology of silica nanofibers(SNFs) and alumina nanoparticles(ANPs), with a smooth surface, polymer-free composition, high porosity(79%), high electrolyte uptake(876%), and excellent thermal stability. Contact angle measurements demonstrated the better immersion capability of the SNF-ANP separator film for commercial liquid electrolytes than a commercial CELGARD 2500 separator film. Moreover,compared to the commercial CELGARD 2500 separator, the ionic conductivity of the SNF-ANP separator film was nearly three times higher, the bulk resistance was lower at elevated temperature(120 ℃), the interfacial resistance with lithium metal was lower, and the electrochemical window was wider. Full cells were fabricated to determine the cell performance at room temperature. The specific capacity of the full cell with the SNF-ANP separator film was 165 mAh g-1;the cell was stable for 100 charge/discharge cycles and exhibited a capacity retention of 99.9%. Notably, the electrospun SNF-ANP separator film can be safely used in Li-ion or Li-S rechargeable batteries.展开更多
We demonstrate the coherent transfer of an ultrastable optical frequency reference over a 490 km noisy field fiber link.The fiber-induced phase noise power spectrum density per-unit-length at 1 Hz offset frequency can...We demonstrate the coherent transfer of an ultrastable optical frequency reference over a 490 km noisy field fiber link.The fiber-induced phase noise power spectrum density per-unit-length at 1 Hz offset frequency can reach up to 510 rad^(2)·Hz^(-1)·km^(-1),which is much higher than the fiber noise observed in previous reports.This extreme level of phase noise is mainly due to the fiber link laying underground along the highway.Appropriate phaselocked loop parameters are chosen to complete the active compensation of fiber noise by measuring the intensity fluctuation of additional phase noise and designing a homemade digital frequency division phase discriminator with a large phase detection range of 2^(12)πrad.Finally,a noise suppression intensity of approximately 40 d B at1 Hz is obtained,with fractional frequency instability of 1.1×10^(-14 )at 1 s averaging time,and 3.7×10^(-19) at10000 s.The transfer system will be used for remote atomic clock comparisons and optical frequency distribution over a long-distance communication network established in China.展开更多

In this research,an atmospheric-pressure air plasma is used to inactivate the multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in liquid.The efficacy of the air plasma on bacterial deactivation and the cytobiological varia...In this research,an atmospheric-pressure air plasma is used to inactivate the multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in liquid.The efficacy of the air plasma on bacterial deactivation and the cytobiological variations after the plasma treatment are investigated.According to colony forming units,nearly all the bacteria(6-log) are inactivated after 10 min of air plasma treatment.However,7% of the bacteria enter a viable but non-culturable state detected by the resazurin based assay during the same period of plasma exposure.Meanwhile,86% of the bacteria lose their membrane integrity in the light of SYTO 9/PI staining assay.The morphological changes in the cells are examined by scanning electron microscopy and bacteria with morphological changes are rare after plasma exposure in the liquid.The concentrations of the long-living RS,such as H2O2,NO3^- and O3,in liquid induced by plasma treatment are measured,and they increase with plasma treatment time.The changes of the intracellular ROS may be related to cell death,which may be attributed to oxidative stress and other damage effects induced by RS plasma generated in liquid.The rapid and effective bacteria inactivation may stem from the RS in the liquid generated by plasma and air plasmas may become a valuable therapy in the treatment of infected wounds.展开更多

We focus on the application of TL methods for the discovery of advanced molecules/materials, particularly, the construction of TL frameworks for different systems, and how TL can enhance the performance of models. In addition, the challenges of TL are also discussed.

文摘High-order quantum coherence reveals the statistical correlation of quantum particles. Manipulation of quantum coherence of light in the temporal domain enables the production of the single-photon source, which has become one of the most important quantum resources. High-order quantum coherence in the spatial domain plays a crucial role in a variety of applications, such as quantum imaging, holography, and microscopy. However, the active control of second-order spatial quantum coherence remains a challenging task. Here we predict theoretically and demonstrate experimentally the first active manipulation of second-order spatial quantum coherence,which exhibits the capability of switching between bunching and anti-bunching, by mapping the entanglement of spatially structured photons. We also show that signal processing based on quantum coherence exhibits robust resistance to intensity disturbance. Our findings not only enhance existing applications but also pave the way for broader utilization of higher-order spatial quantum coherence.

文摘Developing sulfur cathodes with high catalytic activity on accelerating the sluggish redox kinetics of lithium polysulfides(Li PSs) and unveiling their mechanisms are pivotal for advanced lithium–sulfur(Li–S)batteries. Herein, MoS2 is verified to reduce the Gibbs free energy for rate-limiting step of sulfur reduction and the dissociation energy of lithium sulfide(Li2 S) for the first time employing theoretical calculations. The Mo S2 nanosheets coated on mesoporous hollow carbon spheres(MHCS) are then reasonably designed as a sulfur host for high-capacity and long-life Li–S battery, in which MHCS can guarantee the high sulfur loading and fast electron/ion transfer. It is revealed that the shuttle effect is efficiently inhibited because of the boosted conversion of Li PSs. As a result, the coin cell based on the MHCS@Mo S2-S cathode exhibits stable cycling performance maintaining 735.7 mAh g^(-1) after 500 cycles at 1.0 C. More importantly, the pouch cell employing the MHCS@Mo S2-S cathodes achieves high specific capacity of1353.2 m Ah g^(-1) and prominent cycle stability that remaining 960.0 m Ah g^(-1) with extraordinary capacity retention of 79.8% at 0.1 C after 170 cycles. Therefore, this work paves a new avenue for developing practical high specific energy and long-life pouch-type Li–S batteries.

文摘BACKGROUND:Acute pancreatitis(AP)is a complex and heterogeneous disease.We aimed to design and validate a prognostic nomogram for improving the prediction of short-term survival in patients with AP.METHODS:The clinical data of 632 patients with AP were obtained from the Medical Information Mart for Intensive Care(MIMIC)-IV database.The nomogram for the prediction of 30-day,60-day and 90-day survival was developed by incorporating the risk factors identified by multivariate Cox analyses.RESULTS:Multivariate Cox proportional hazard model analysis showed that age(hazard ratio[HR]=1.06,95%confidence interval[95%CI]1.03-1.08,P<0.001),white blood cell count(HR=1.03,95%CI 1.00-1.06,P=0.046),systolic blood pressure(HR=0.99,95%CI 0.97-1.00,P=0.015),serum lactate level(HR=1.10,95%CI 1.01-1.20,P=0.023),and Simplified Acute Physiology Score II(HR=1.04,95%CI 1.02-1.06,P<0.001)were independent predictors of 90-day mortality in patients with AP.A prognostic nomogram model for 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival based on these variables was built.Receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve analysis demonstrated that the nomogram had good accuracy for predicting 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival(area under the ROC curve:0.796,0.812,and 0.854,respectively;bootstrap-corrected C-index value:0.782,0.799,and 0.846,respectively).CONCLUSION:The nomogram-based prognostic model was able to accurately predict 30-day,60-day,and 90-day survival outcomes and thus may be of value for risk stratification and clinical decision-making for critically ill patients with AP.
文摘Objective To study the characteristics of spectra on proton magnetic resonance spectroscopy (^1H-MRS) and its value in patients with mitochondrial encephalomyopathy with lactic acidosis and stroke-like episodes (MELAS). Methods Seven clinically diagnosed patients with MELAS underwent magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and ^1H-MRS examinations. The ^1H-MRS techniques, characteristics of the spectra, and its correlation with the laboratory tests were analyzed. Reaults Cerebral abnormalities were revealed in all 7 patients on conventional MR images, and most abnormal signals were observed in bilateral occipital, parietal, and temporal lobes. We found 4 cases with basal ganglia involvement, 2 cases with mild frontal lobe lesions, and 1 case with involvement of lateral cerebral peduncles and thalami. Additionally, 1 patient was involved with left insular lobe. Spectra from prominent lesions in brain parenchyma showed lactate doublet peak in 6 patients, 3 of whom were also noted lactate peak in ventricular cerehrospinal fluid (CSF). Conclusion ^1H-MRS may provide more direct information about the metabolism changes, which aids to affirm the diagnosis, and may replace the conventional invasive method of quantifying lactate in CSF.

文摘Single-ion conducting solid polymer electrolytes are expected to play a vital role in the realization of solid-state Li metal batteries.In this work,a lithiated Nafion(Li-Nafion)-garnet ceramic Li6.25La3 Zr2 Al0.25O12(LLZAO)composite solid electrolyte(CSE)membrane with 30μm thickness was prepared for the first time.By employing X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy and transmission electron microscope,the interaction between LLZAO and Li-Nafion was investigated.It is found that the LLZAO interacts with the Li-Nafion to form a space charge layer at the interface between LLZAO and Li-Nafion.The space charge layer reduces the migration barrier of Li-ions and improves the ionic conductivity of the CSE membrane.The CSE membrane containing 10 wt%LLZAO exhibits the highest ionic conductivity of2.26×10-4 S cm-1 at 30℃among the pristine Li-Nafion membrane,the membrane containing 5 wt%,20 wt%,and 30 wt%LLZAO,respectively.It also exhibits a high Li-ion transference number of 0.92,and a broader electrochemical window of 0-+4.8 V vs.Li+/Li than that of 0-+4.0 V vs.Li+/Li for the pristine Li-Nafion membrane.It is observed that the CSE membrane not only inhibits the growth of Li dendrites but also keeps excellent electrochemical stability with the Li electrode.Benefitting from the above merits,the solid-state LiFePO4/Li cell fabricated with the CSE membrane was practically charged and discharged at 30℃.The cell exhibits an initial reversible discharge specific capacity of 160 mAh g-1 with 97%capacity retention after 100 cycles at 0.2 C,and maintains discharge specific capacity of 126 mAh g-1 after500 cycles at 1 C.The CSE membrane prepared with Li-Nafion and LLZAO is proved to be a promising solid electrolyte for advanced solid-state Li metal batteries.

文摘Objective To study the protective effect of agrimony extracts from different extracting methods on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, in order to optimize the extraction scheme of agrimony.Methods Male rats were randomly assigned into seven groups: 1. Sham-operated group, 2. Untreated MCAO group (MCAO), 3. Petroleum ether extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (PEA), 4. Ethyl acetate extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (EAEA), 5. Ethanol extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (EEA), 6. Water extract of Agrimonia pilosa treated MCAO group (WEA), 7. Nimodipine treated MCAO group (NP). Intragastrical drug administration (i.g) was performed at 0 and 6 hours after MCAO.Neurological function tests were performed after reperfusion for 24 hours, then the brain was removed for the evaluations of the cerebral infarction volume (percentage of total brain volume) by immunohistochemistry,histological changes (hematoxylin-eosin staining), Na+/K+-ATPase, Ca2+-ATPase (modified method of Svoboda and Mosinger), mRNA expression of Tumor suppressor gene (P53) and hot shock protein (HSP70)(quantitative real-time PCR).Results The neurological function of MCAO group had significantly higher scores than the sham group (P<0.01). The WEA group showed a significantly lower neurological score than the MCAO group (P<0.05),indicating the protective effect of WEA on neurological deficits. The mean infarction volumes of WEA (13.5±6.6%, F=4.75, P<0.01), EEA (19.90±6.90%, F=5.23, P<0.01), PEA (20.40±5.30%, F=4.68,P<0.01) and EAEA (22.50±10.50%, F=6.25, P<0.05) group were all significantly smaller than that of MCAO group (29.40±6.50%). HE staining demonstrated that, compared to the treated groups, the infarcted cerebral tissue of MCAO group had more swelling neural cells, lighter stained nucleus, fewer and irregularly distributed neurons. The activity of Na+/K+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase reduced in the MCAO group (3.67±0.48 U/mg,1.28±0.26 U/mg, respectively), and were significantly higher in WEA group (7.56±0.85 U/mg, F=12.65,P=0.010; 3.59±0.22 U/mg, F=8.32, P=0.041, respectively). The MCAO group showed significantly elevated P53 and HSP70 mRNA expressions compared to the sham group (P<0.01, P<0.05). P53 mRNA expressions in Agrimony extracts treated groups were significantly lower than that of the MCAO group (all P<0.01), with the WEA group showing the greatest difference from MCAO group. The HSP70 mRNA level of the treated groups were not significantly different from that of the MCAO group.Conclusions Treatment using water extracts of agrimony can promote the best functional and metabolic recovery for rat model of cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury, which maybe relate with the upregulation of energy metabolism in nerve cells after MCAO.

文摘Thermal stability of perovskite materials is an issue impairing the long-term operation of inverted perovskite solar cells(PSCs). Herein, the thermal attenuation mechanism of the MAPb I3films that deposited on two different hole transport layers(HTL), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene):poly(styrene sulfonate)(PEDOT:PSS) and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)(PEDOT), is comprehensively studied by applying a heat treatment at 85℃. The thermal stress causes the mutual ions migration of I, Pb and Ag through the device, which leads to the thermal decomposition of perovskite to form Pb I2. Interestingly, we find that I ions tend to migrate more towards electron transport layer(ETL) during heating, which is different with the observation of I ions migration towards HTL when bias pressure is applied. Moreover, the use of electrochemical deposited PEDOT as HTL significantly decreases the defect density of MAPb I3films as compared to PEDOT:PSS supported one. The electrochemical deposition PEDOT has good carrier mobility and low acidity, which avoids the drawbacks of aqueous PEDOT:PSS. Accordingly, the inverted PSCs based on PEDOT show superior durability than that with PEDOT:PSS. Our results reveal detailed degradation routes of a new kind of inverted PSCs which can contribute to the understanding of the failure of thermal-aged inverted PSCs.

文摘OBJECTIVE To explore the relationship between Lactobacillus and prognosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients treated by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI)and its correlation with clinical parameters.METHODS Consecutive patients with AMI in the coronary care unit of Tianjin Chest Hospital in China who received emergency PCI between July 2017 and December 2018 were enrolled.Subjects’fecal 16 S r DNA gene sequencing data were analyzed and subjects were categorized into low,medium and high level groups according to stool Lactobacillus measurements.The primary endpoints were major adverse cardiac events.Cox regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between Lactobacillus and prognosis.Spearman correlation analysis and trend tests were used to assess the relationship between Lactobacillus and the clinical indicators.RESULTS The data of 254 patients were included in the analysis.Mean age was 65.90±11.56 years,and 152 patients(59.84%)were male.Follow-up time was 652(548.25-753.00)days.Multivariate Cox regression analysis showed a significantly lower risk of major adverse cardiac events in patients with Lactobacillus>7.1 copies/g[adjusted hazard ratio(HR)=0.216,95%CI:0.094-0.493,P<0.001]compared to patients with Lactobacillus≤3.6 copies/g.Statistically significant differences were shown in ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)(HR=0.217,95%CI:0.085-0.551,P=0.001).Lactobacillus was a protective factor for male smokers aged over 60 years whose brain natriuretic peptide was over 1,000 pg/m L.Spearman correlation analysis showed that Lactobacillus correlated negatively with white blood cells,neutrophils,high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,Troponin T,creatine kinase,creatine kinase-MB and brain natriuretic peptide(downward trend),and correlated positively with left ventricular ejection fraction(upward trend).CONCLUSIONS This study is the first to reveal the correlation between Lactobacillus and inflammation and myocardial damage after STEMI.STEMI patients,especially male smokers aged over 60 years with severe impairment of cardiac function,have better outcomes with high levels of Lactobacillus,suggesting new therapeutic strategies for improving the prognosis and quality of life of AMI patients.

文摘A separator film for high-performance Li-ion batteries was prepared by electrospinning. The film had a hybrid morphology of silica nanofibers(SNFs) and alumina nanoparticles(ANPs), with a smooth surface, polymer-free composition, high porosity(79%), high electrolyte uptake(876%), and excellent thermal stability. Contact angle measurements demonstrated the better immersion capability of the SNF-ANP separator film for commercial liquid electrolytes than a commercial CELGARD 2500 separator film. Moreover,compared to the commercial CELGARD 2500 separator, the ionic conductivity of the SNF-ANP separator film was nearly three times higher, the bulk resistance was lower at elevated temperature(120 ℃), the interfacial resistance with lithium metal was lower, and the electrochemical window was wider. Full cells were fabricated to determine the cell performance at room temperature. The specific capacity of the full cell with the SNF-ANP separator film was 165 mAh g-1;the cell was stable for 100 charge/discharge cycles and exhibited a capacity retention of 99.9%. Notably, the electrospun SNF-ANP separator film can be safely used in Li-ion or Li-S rechargeable batteries.

文摘We demonstrate the coherent transfer of an ultrastable optical frequency reference over a 490 km noisy field fiber link.The fiber-induced phase noise power spectrum density per-unit-length at 1 Hz offset frequency can reach up to 510 rad^(2)·Hz^(-1)·km^(-1),which is much higher than the fiber noise observed in previous reports.This extreme level of phase noise is mainly due to the fiber link laying underground along the highway.Appropriate phaselocked loop parameters are chosen to complete the active compensation of fiber noise by measuring the intensity fluctuation of additional phase noise and designing a homemade digital frequency division phase discriminator with a large phase detection range of 2^(12)πrad.Finally,a noise suppression intensity of approximately 40 d B at1 Hz is obtained,with fractional frequency instability of 1.1×10^(-14 )at 1 s averaging time,and 3.7×10^(-19) at10000 s.The transfer system will be used for remote atomic clock comparisons and optical frequency distribution over a long-distance communication network established in China.

文摘We demonstrate a 300-km+200-km cascaded coherent phase transfer via fiber link.The transfer is divided into a 300-km span and a 200-km span with independent phase locking loops,aiming to extend the phase control bandwidth of the whole link.The phase noise and transfer instability of the cascaded transmission are investigated and compared with those in the case of a single-span 500-km transfer.We achieve the transfer instabilities of 1.8×10^-14 at 1 s,8.9×10^-20 at 104 s for the 300-km+200-km cascaded transmission,and 2.7×10^-14 at 1 s for the 500-km single-span transfer.

文摘We demonstrate a novel polarization control system based on a gradient descent algorithm,applied to a 450-km optical frequency transfer link.The power of the out-loop beat note is retrieved by controlling the polarization state of the transferred signal,with a recovery time of 24 ms,thereby ensuring the long-term evaluation of the fiber link.As a result,data utilization is enhanced from 70%to 99%over a continuous measurement period of^12 h.A fractional transfer instability of 7.2×10^-20 is achieved at an integration time of 10000 s.This work lays the foundation for the comparison of a remote optical clock system via a long-haul optical fiber link.

文摘In this research,an atmospheric-pressure air plasma is used to inactivate the multidrug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii in liquid.The efficacy of the air plasma on bacterial deactivation and the cytobiological variations after the plasma treatment are investigated.According to colony forming units,nearly all the bacteria(6-log) are inactivated after 10 min of air plasma treatment.However,7% of the bacteria enter a viable but non-culturable state detected by the resazurin based assay during the same period of plasma exposure.Meanwhile,86% of the bacteria lose their membrane integrity in the light of SYTO 9/PI staining assay.The morphological changes in the cells are examined by scanning electron microscopy and bacteria with morphological changes are rare after plasma exposure in the liquid.The concentrations of the long-living RS,such as H2O2,NO3^- and O3,in liquid induced by plasma treatment are measured,and they increase with plasma treatment time.The changes of the intracellular ROS may be related to cell death,which may be attributed to oxidative stress and other damage effects induced by RS plasma generated in liquid.The rapid and effective bacteria inactivation may stem from the RS in the liquid generated by plasma and air plasmas may become a valuable therapy in the treatment of infected wounds.
