目的研究老年不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)患者外周血Rho激酶1(Rho-associated protein kinase 1,ROCK1)水平与其血管内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月期间就诊...目的研究老年不稳定型心绞痛(unstable angina,UA)患者外周血Rho激酶1(Rho-associated protein kinase 1,ROCK1)水平与其血管内皮功能及颈动脉内膜中膜厚度(intima-media thickness,IMT)的关系。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月期间就诊的疑似冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(以下简称冠心病)的126例老年病例,分为UA组(冠状动脉造影检查阳性且诊断为UA,74例)和对照组(冠状动脉造影阴性且不存在UA,52例)。通过测定并比较两组患者总胆固醇(total cholesterol,TC)、乙酰甘油(triglyceride,TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(high density lipoprotein-cholesterol,HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(low density lipoprotein-cholesterol,LDL-C)、尿酸、糖化血红蛋白(glycated hemoglobin A1c,HbA1c)等指标;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测外周血中ROCK1的水平;测定并比较两组患者血管内径变化率(flow mediated dilation,FMD)及IMT。多因素则采用多元线性回归进行分析。结果两组患者除吸烟、HbA1c差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)外,性别、年龄、体质量指数(body mass index,BMI)、糖尿病、高血压及血脂相关参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。UA组患者的FMD水平低于对照组,而IMT及ROCK1水平高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多元线性回归分析显示,FMD及IMT纳入回归方程,FMD与ROCK1呈负相关关系,IMT与ROCK1呈正相关关系。结论老年UA患者的外周血ROCK1与其血管内皮功能及IMT存在一定相关性。展开更多

An improved spectrum sharing algorithm based on the combination of the feedback control information and the optimization algorithm is proposed. The relaxation method is used to achieve the approximate spectrum sharing model, and the spectrum sharing strategy that satisfies the individual outage probability constraints can be obtained iteratively with the observed outage probability. Simulation results show that the proposed spectrum sharing algorithm can achieve the spectrum sharing strategy that satisfies the outage probability constraints and reduce the average outage probability without causing maximum transmission rate reduction of the secondary user.展开更多
