摘要
以鬼笔复膜孢酵母菌和红托竹荪为研究对象,进行腐烂病病原菌侵染试验、不同药物的抑菌试验、药物对红托竹荪菌丝的影响试验、高温和pH对病原菌的影响试验。结果显示,鬼笔复膜孢酵母菌对红托竹荪菌丝、菌棒均具有致病性,且致病性随温度的升高而增强;鬼笔复膜孢酵母菌生长适宜的pH为4~8,pH大于10不生长;鬼笔复膜孢酵母病原菌在55℃条件下2 h失活;丙环唑对鬼笔复膜孢酵母菌有强抑制作用,但对红托竹荪菌丝同样具有抑制作用且持效期长。研究结果可为红托竹荪腐烂病的综合防治提供方法。
Taking Saccharomycopsis phalli and Dictyophora rubrovolvata as reseach subjects,for the infection test of the pathogen of rot disease,the bacteriostasis test of different drugs,the influence test of drugs on the mycelia of D.rubrovolvata,the influence test of high temperature and pH on the pathogen.The results showed that the yeast of S.phalli had pathogenicity to the hyphae and fungus rods of D.rubrovolvata,and the pathogenicity increased with the increase of temperature.The suitable pH for the growth of S.phalli is 4 to 8,and no growth occurs when the pH is greater than 10.The pathogenic bacteria of S.phalli were inactivated at 55℃for 2 hours.Propiconazole has a strong inhibitory effect on Saccharomycopsis phalli,but it also has a long lasting effect on the mycelia of D.rubrovolvata.The results can provide a method for the integrated control of D.rubrovolvata rot.
