摘要
至今,急性呼吸窘迫综合征(acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)概念的提出已经有50年,历经半个世纪的发展及演进,在ARDS的定义、诊断标准、治疗理念及支持治疗的技术层面均有了长足的进步。中国在ARDS理念及临床实践方面不逊于世界任何国家。
The concept of acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) has been proposed for 50 years. During the past half century, it has been well developed in the definition, diagnostic criteria, and technique of treatment for ARDS. China is in consistency with all other countries in the world in implementing ARDS concept and clinical practice.
