摘要
本文介绍一种使用单克隆抗-HBeα与单克隆抗-HBeβ作为试剂,以一孔一期培育法同时鉴定待检血清中的HBeAg或抗-HBe的ELISA新技术.82例HBV标志物均阴性的正常人血清,无一例检出HBeAg或抗-HBe.1,481例HBsAg阳性血清中的1,260例(85.1%),能被本法确定为HBeAg或抗-HBe阳性.110份HBsAg阳性血清同时使用本法以及RIA法,由不同操作者检测.109例两者取得完全一致的结果,仅l例用RIA法属抗-HBe阳性,本法阴性.本法是一种简便、节约、灵敏、特异的方法,效果满意.
A new technique for the detection of both HBoAg and anti-HBe by one step incubation ELISA in a single assay using monoclonal reagents was developed.Eighty-two serum samples from normal individuals were tested by this assay,none of them showed the positive result of HBeAg or anti-HBe.1481 HBsAg posigve serum samples were examined by this technique.899(60.9%)were found HBaAg positive and 361(24.4%)anti-HBe positive.110 HBsAg positive sera were tested by both RIA and this e ELISA sys-tem simultaneously by different technicians.The results of 109 serum samples tested by e ELISA were in agreement with those obtained by RIA.Only one sample showed anti-HBe positive by RIA but negative by e ELISA.
