摘要
津巴布韦某铜矿石铜品位4.08%,主要铜矿物为黄铜矿,嵌布粒度较粗,-0.074 mm约65%,94.86%的铜以硫化铜的形式存在。为确定该矿石适宜的选矿工艺流程,采用浮选工艺对其进行选矿试验。在浮选浓度32%左右、磨矿细度-0.074 mm 52.33%、p H调整剂氧化钙用量1 000 g/t(p H=11.5)、捕收剂丁基黄药用量80 g/t、起泡剂MIBC用量21 g/t的条件下,原矿经1粗2精1扫闭路浮选流程选别,可获得产率18.67%、铜品位20.95%、回收率95.87%的铜精矿,指标较好,试验结果对该类铜矿石的高效利用具有一定的指导意义。
There is 4. 08% Cu in a copper ore in Zimbabcn,main copper mineral is chalcopyrite,whose dissemination is relatively coarse,-0. 074 mm accounted for 65%,94. 86% copper in form of sulfide copper. The results have guiding significance for efficient use of this kind of copper ore.
