分段崩落阶段矿房嗣后充填采矿法在不规则厚大矿体的应用 被引量:5

摘要 根据某低品位不规则厚大钨矿体开采技术条件,通过对比分析多种采矿方法,采用中深孔分段崩落阶段矿房嗣后充填采矿法开采,工业试验结果表明,采场生产能力为518 t/d,损失率为14.7%,贫化率为10.9%,采切比为3.82 m/kt,采场生产能力显著提高,损失率、贫化率及采切比明显降低,技术经济指标良好,社会和经济效益显著,分段崩落阶段矿房嗣后充填采矿法适合不规则厚大矿体开采,为类似矿山提供了借鉴。 According to the mining technical conditions of the irregular large and thick tungsten orebodies with low grade of a tungsten mine,the medium-length hole sublevel caving block chamber afterward filling mining method is adopted by conducting analysis and comparison of several mining methods.The industrial test results show that the production capacity of stope is 518 t/d,loss rate is 14. 7%,the dilution rate is 10. 9%,the stripping ratio is 3. 82 m/kt,the production capacity of the stope is improved significantly,the loss rate and dilution rate is lowered significantly,the economical index is good,the economic benefit and social benefit are both remarkable. The above study results in this paper further show that the sublevel caving block chamber afterward filling mining method is suitable to the mining of irregular large and thick ore-body,which can provide some reference for the similar metal mines.
