摘要
介绍了一个综合化学实验,涉及配体的合成和铽(Ⅲ)配合物的合成、结构以及荧光性质的表征.该实验将大学阶段的基础知识、基本实验技能与学术研究的前沿相结合.在实验教学中融入了配位化学和稀土配合物的知识,能够引导学生深入理解配位化学相关概念及理论,并初步了解稀土配合物发光性质与中心离子轨道能级间的关系,同时熟悉大型仪器,培养学生理论联系实际的能力以及综合实验技能.
This paper presented a comprehensive experiment on the design, synthesis, structure and fluorescence characterization of a terbium(Ⅲ) complex. The research frontier of chemistry was integrated into the fundamental knowledge and experimental skills. By adopting our course.the students could understand the concept and theory of coordination chemistry more deeply, and have a preliminary understanding of the relationship between fluorescence and energylevel transition. Meanwhile, an opportunity to combine theory with practice would also be given by delicate instrument manipulation, and the students would have the experimental skills and experience developed in our regular courses.
