摘要
利用有限元软件,对大型立式容器带刚性环耳座与常规耳座在内压工况下的应力强度进行了分析对比,验证了带刚性环耳座能够承载较大载荷的事实,同时对这两种支撑形式在较高工作温度下的温差应力进行了计算,得出带刚性环耳座不适用于较高温度载荷的结论,并对上述现象进行了原因分析。
By using finite element analysis software,the stresses in the vessels supported with normal lugs and with stiffening ring strengthened lugs were analyzed and compared.The fact that stiffening ring strengthened lug has larger load bearing capacity was proved.The thermal stresses in the vessels with these two supports under comparatively high temperature were calculated.It was concluded from the results that the lug strengthened with stiffening ring is unsuitable to be used under comparatively high temperature condition.The cause was then analyzed.
