摘要 铜镍合金的导热率远远大于低合金钢的导热率,因此铜镍合金与低合金钢焊接的难度大,焊缝及熔合区易产生裂纹、气孔等焊接缺陷,给实际操作带来了极大的操作困难。通过铜镍合金与低合金钢的焊接工艺质量分析,重点介绍焊接工艺和焊接过程,并总结铜镍合金与低合金钢焊接经验,为同类工程施工提供借鉴。 The thermal conductivity of copper-nickel alloy is much higher than that of low-alloy steel. Therefore, it is difficult to weld copper-nickel alloy with low-alloy steel, and welding defects such as cracks and porosities are easy to occur in the welding seam and fusion zone, which brings great operational difficulties to the actual operation. Through the analysis of the welding technology quality of copper-nickel alloy and low-alloy steel, the welding technology and welding process are introduced emphatically, and the welding experience of copper-nickel alloy and low-alloy steel is summarized, which provides a reference for the similar engineering construction.
