摘要 我国中小河流数量庞大,水文监测站点分布密度普遍偏低,是我国防汛的痛点和盲点。视觉测流作为一种非接触式测流技术,通过即时捕捉河流水面流速特性,对河流流速流量实时采集计算。视觉测流技术与设备产品智能化程度高,建站与运维成本低,可满足无人化监测需求,特别适合于中小流域水情监测的规模化应用。本研究选取湖南郴州站、湖北马良坪站、四川红旗(二)、江西莲塘站等中小流域站点视觉测流案例,深入分析视觉测流技术的流量监测精度,验证其在中小流域的良好应用潜力,旨在为中小流域的水文监测与流域治理实践提供创新解决方案。 There are a large number of small and medium-sized rivers in China, and the distribution density of hydrological monitoring stations is generally low, which is a pain point and blind spot for flood prevention. Visual flow measurement, as a non-contact flow measurement technology, collects and calculates the flow velocity and flow rate of the river in real-time by capturing the flow velocity characteristics of the river surface in real time. Visual flow measurement technology and equipment products have a high degree of intelligence, low cost of station construction and operation and maintenance, and can meet the demand for unmanned monitoring, which is especially suitable for the large-scale application of water situation monitoring in small and medium-sized watersheds. This study selected visual flow measurement cases from small and medium-sized watershed stations such as Chenzhou Station in Hunan, Maliangping Station in Hubei, Hongqi (II) Station in Sichuan, and Liantang Station in Jiangxi to deeply analyze the flow monitoring accuracy of visual flow measurement technology and verify its good application potential in small and mediumsized watersheds, with the aim of providing innovative solutions for hydrological monitoring and watershed management practices in small and medium-sized watersheds.
