论高校教师教学专业标准及其制定

摘要 高校教师教学专业标准是国家或高校为进一步规范与提升高校教师的专业素养与教学技能而制定的相关准则。制定高校教师教学专业标准是高等教育发展过程中高校教学发展的需要,其对指引高校教学管理方向,提升教学管理水平,提高教师教学能力,实现高校教师专业发展以及保障人才培养质量具有重要意义。从英美澳等国教师专业标准制定经验看,制定高校教师教学专业标准,必须坚持以学生为中心、坚持多方协作、全员参与以及注重标准的可持续发展等原则。制定高校教师教学专业标准需要从教师专业发展的三维度设计整体结构,以学科与问题为导向设计具体内容,以不同阶段、不同类型教师为主体保障教师教学专业标准的通用性,实现高校教师教学专业发展。 The teaching professional standards of college teachers are the relevant standards formulated by the state or colleges to further standardize and improve the professional quality and teaching skills of college teachers. The formulation of teaching professional standards for college teachers is the need of college teaching development in the process of higher education development. It is of great significance to guide the direction of college teaching management, improve the level of teaching management, improve teachers’ teaching ability, realize the professional development of college teachers and ensure the quality of talent training. From the experience of formulating teachers’ professional standards in Britain, America, Australia and other countries, the formulation of college teachers’ professional standards must adhere to the principles of student-centered, multilateral cooperation, full participation and pay attention to the sustainable development of standards. The formulation of college teachers’ teaching professional standards needs to design the overall structure from the three-dimensional dimension of teachers’ professional development, design the specific content guided by disciplines and problems, take different stages and different types of teachers as the main body, ensure the universality of teachers’ teaching professional standards, and realize the teaching professional development of college teachers.
