摘要
课程思政与医学教育融合的实践探索为卓越医生的培养机制注入了信心和动力,本文通过对相关研究论文的可视化分析对当前医学课程思政研究现状进行了剖析,结果显示:始于2017年的医学思政的融合研究在2018年后进入快速发展期。在1534篇相关文献中护理学专业的思政类高质量论文较多;中医药领域的发文量总数最多,其次基础医学的思政类研究论文较多;采用CiteSpace对发文作者的合作模式和影响力的分析显示:中南大学湘雅医学院的罗自强、冯丹丹等合作发文单篇引用量最高;菏泽医学专科学校的赵文星团队发文量最多。从研究内容看目前医学领域的课程思政主要采用的是医史挖掘法和案例整合法,不同专业课程的课程思政研究同质化现象比较严重,尚缺乏在整体性意识下对具体课程的深入研究。
The practical exploration of the integration of curriculum ideological and political education and medical education has injected confidence and power into the cultivation mechanism of excellent doctors. This paper analyzes the current research status of medical curriculum ideological and political research through visual analysis of relevant research papers, and the results show that: the research in this field, which started in 2017, has entered a period of rapid development since 2018. Among 1534 related ideological and political papers, there are more high-quality papers in nursing specialty. The total number of ideological and political research papers issued in the field of traditional Chinese medicine is the largest, followed by that in basic medicine. The analysis of the cooperation mode and influence of authors by CiteSpace shows that, Luo Ziqiang and Feng Dandan from Xiangya Medical School of Central South University jointly published the highest number of citations per article. Zhao Wenxing’s team from Heze Medical College published the most articles. From the perspective of the research content, the current curriculum politics in the medical field mainly adopts the medical history mining method and the case integration method. The homogenization of ideological and political research in different professional courses is quite serious. However, there is still a lack of indepth research on specific courses under the sense of integrity.
