摘要
马克思恩格斯的青年观产生于一定的社会历史条件下,具有时代性与阶级性特征,其核心要义仍然值得中国共产党在部署青年工作时借鉴,马克思恩格斯的青年观思想是马克思主义理论的重要组成部分。本文探讨了马克思恩格斯的青年教育观、青年发展观、青年职业观,以及对当代中国共产党进行青年工作时的启示与价值。青年要坚定理想信念,增强学习本领,坚持实践的根本观点。中国共产党在展开青年工作时应运用马克思辩证唯物主义观点客观把握青年人的心智、身心特点及规律,尊重青年主体地位,做好青年价值引领工作。
Marx and Engels’ concept of youths is produced in a certain social and historical conditions, with the characteristics of The Times and class, its core meaning is still worth the Chinese Communist Party in the deployment of youth work for reference, Marx and Engels’ concept of youth thought is an im-portant part of Marxist theory. This paper discusses Marx and Engels’ views on youth education, youth development and youth occupation, as well as their enlightenment and value to the contemporary Chinese Communist Party’s youth work. Young people should firm up their ideals and beliefs, enhance their ability to learn, and stick to the fundamental point of practice. The Communist Party of China should make use of Marxist dialectical materialism to objectively grasp young people’s mental, physical and mental characteristics and laws, respect young people’s dominant position, do a good job in guiding young people’s value, and make extensive use of young people.
