摘要
党的二十大报告着重指出,需完整、准确且全面地贯彻新发展理念,坚守社会主义市场经济的改革方向,秉持高水平对外开放原则,加速构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局,同时提出“完善中国特色现代企业制度,弘扬企业家精神,加快建设世界一流企业”的要求。这一伟大号召对中华民族的复兴具有深远意义,是加快构建新发展格局、推动高质量发展的关键要素,也为我国教育系统承担高质量发展任务、履行培养各类学生(特别是大学生)的“企业家精神”这一重要职责提供了依据。我国《公司法》修订之后,第一条增添了“完善中国特色现代企业制度,弘扬企业家精神”的规定。这一规定构成《公司法》修订的核心内容,也是文化自信建设方面的重要任务。就教育部门和各类学校而言,“弘扬企业家精神”是未来中国教育发展的一项基本职责。那么,到底什么是“企业家精神”呢?“弘扬企业家精神”与我国教育事业发展之间又有着怎样的联系呢?The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China emphasized the need to fully, accurately, and comprehensively implement the new development concept, adhere to the reform direction of the socialist market economy, uphold the principle of high-level opening to the outside world, accelerate the construction of a new development pattern featuring a domestic circulation as the mainstay, with domestic and international circulations mutually reinforcing each other. It also put forward the requirements of “improving the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics, promoting entrepreneurial spirit, and accelerating the construction of world-class enterprises”. This great call is of far-reaching significance to the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. It is a key element to accelerate the construction of a new development pattern and promote high-quality development. It also provides a basis for China’s education system to undertake the task of high-quality development and fulfill the important responsibility of cultivating the “entrepreneurial spirit” among all kinds of students (especially university students). After the revision of China’s “Company Law”, the provision of “improving the modern enterprise system with Chinese characteristics and promoting entrepreneurial spirit” has been added to Article 1. This provision constitutes the core content of the revision of the “Company Law”, and is also an important task in the construction of cultural self-confidence. As far as education departments and schools are concerned, “promoting entrepreneurial spirit” is a basic responsibility for the future development of China’s education. So, what is “entrepreneurial spirit”? What is the relationship between “promoting entrepreneurial spirit” and the development of education in China?
