符号资本视角下教师编制面临的困境及其改进策略

摘要 长久以来,编制是教师稳定的职业保障来源,在教师队伍建设中具有关键地位。布迪厄符号资本理论视角下,教师编制具有其作为符号资本的生成逻辑,同时也发现,教师求职者追逐进入编制的利益保障,进入编制的教师安于现状产生职业倦怠,编外教师难以获得身份认同和权益保障,结构性缺编的情况客观存在等问题,由此针对性地提出提高在编教师自主发展意识、保障编外教师权益、提高教师编制科学性的改进策略,促进教师队伍建设。 For a long time, the establishment has been a stable source of professional security for teachers, and it has a key position in the construction of the teaching team. From the perspective of Bourdieu’s symbolic capital theory, the teacher establishment has its own generation logic as symbolic capital, and at the same time, it is also found that the teacher job seekers chase the interest guarantee of entering the establishment, the teachers who enter the establishment are content with the status quo and produce professional burnout, the non-staff teachers are difficult to obtain identity and rights and interests protection, and the structural shortage of staff objectively exists. Therefore, this paper puts forward the improvement strategies to improve the awareness of independent development of teachers, protect the rights and interests of non-staff teachers, and improve the scientific establishment of teachers, so as to promote the construction of teachers.
