摘要
随着我国经济的发展,对技术人才的需求愈加强烈,高职院校作为技术性人才的主要培养场所具有了新的历史使命。高职院校如何培育具有工匠精神的技能人才问题凸显,课题组针对高职院校工匠精神培育现状展开问卷调查,并与教师、辅导员、顶岗实习学生进行电话访谈,结合实地走访进行对比研究。从学生自身因素、学校教育因素、社会因素三方面进行分析,找到了影响高职院校工匠精神培育的原因,为高职院校工匠精神培育方法的研究提供理论依据。
With the development of China’s economy, the demand for technical talents is becoming more and more intense. Vocational colleges have a new historical mission as the main training place for technical talents. The problem of how to cultivate skilled talents with craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges is prominent. The research team conducted a questionnaire survey on the current situation of craftsman spirit cultivation in higher vocational colleges, conducted telephone interviews with teachers, counselors, and post-job intern students, and conducted a comparative study combined with field visits. From the analysis of students’ own factors, school education factors and social factors, the reasons that affect the cultivation of craftsman spirit in higher vocational colleges are found, and the theoretical basis for the research on the cultivation methods of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges is provided.
