摘要
目的:探讨少腹逐瘀汤治疗寒湿血瘀型痛经的临床效果,为临床治疗此病提供一定的临床参考。方法:本次研究的60例寒湿血瘀型痛经患者均来自江阴长寿医院,按照随机数字法随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组给予布洛芬胶囊治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗。比较两组患者的中医证候积分、VAS评分、痛经持续时间评分变化情况及临床有效率。结果:治疗后,两组的中医证候积分、VAS视觉模拟评分、痛经持续时间评分均有下降(P < 0.05),且治疗组低于对照组(P < 0.05),治疗组有效率为93.33%优于对照组的76.67% (P < 0.05)。结论:对寒湿血瘀型痛经患者给予少腹逐瘀汤治疗,可明显减轻痛经的临床症状,减轻其痛苦,值得推广。
To explore the clinical effect of Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction in the treatment of dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness and blood stasis type, and to provide certain clinical references for the clinical treatment of this disease. Method: All 60 patients with dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness and blood stasis type in this study were from Jiangyin Changshou Hospital. They were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with ibuprofen Capsules, and the treatment group was treated with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction on the basis of the control group. The changes in TCM syndrome scores, VAS scores, dysmenorrhea duration scores and clinical effective rates of the two groups of patients were compared. Result: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores, VAS visual analogue scale score, and dysmenorrhea duration score of both groups decreased (P < 0.05), and the treatment group was lower than the control group (P < 0.05). The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%, which was better than 76.67% of the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Treating patients with dysmenorrhea of cold-dampness and blood stasis type with Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms of dysmenorrhea and reduce their pain. It is worthy of promotion.
