摘要
本文介绍黑龙江省名中医孙玺媛教授基于“扶正治癌”学术思想治疗晚期肺鳞癌的1例医案,运用补脾益肺、温阳通络、活血化瘀等治法,使晚期肺癌患者得以带瘤生存,摆脱轮椅,疼痛缓解,取得了较好疗效。This paper introduces a case of advanced lung squamous carcinoma treated by Prof. Xiyuan Sun, a famous traditional Chinese medicine doctor in Heilongjiang Province, based on the academic thought of “reinforcing healthy qi to treat cancer”. Using the treatments of tonifying the spleen, benefiting the lung, tonifying yang, unblocking collaterals, circulating blood and transforming stasis, it enables patients with advanced lung cancer to survive with tumors, get rid of wheelchairs, relieve pain, and achieve good efficacy.
