摘要
叶天士基于《黄帝内经》“外风”思想,汲取前贤经验,针对中风病机,提出“阳化内风”之中风理论。在中风辨治过程中,灵活运用益肝补肾、息风潜阳之法,并参合络病理论,创诸和络通络之法,临证重视合于人形、取法四时、制化五行、久病及络、中风先兆,灵活运用内经理论,形成了叶天士辨治中风之独特思想,对后人辨治中风之证影响深渊。
Based on the idea of “external wind” in the “Yellow Emperor’s Internal Canon”, Tianshi Ye drew on the experience of previous sages and proposed the theory of “Yang internal wind” stroke in view of the stroke pathogenesis. In the process of stroke differentiation and treatment, he flexibly used the method of benefiting the liver and tonifying the kidney, and the method of relieving the wind and latent yang, and participated in the theory of combining the disease, creating the method of creating and channeling the network, paying attention to the human form, taking the four times of the law, systematizing the five elements, long-term illness and networking, and the precursor of stroke, and flexibly using the theory of internal scripture, forming Tianshi Ye’s unique idea of distinguishing and treating stroke, which has a profound impact on the evidence of stroke for future generations.
