摘要
变异性鼻炎(Allergic rhinitis, AR)又称过敏性性鼻炎,主要是由IgE介导引起不同程度鼻部炎症的过敏性疾病。是临床上常见的多发病,严重影响人们的健康,越来越受到社会重视。近年,西医对变异性鼻炎的治疗效果不理想,中医优势被发掘。本文从中医角度对过敏性鼻炎的病因病机、辨证论治、经验方、中成药、中医外治法、中医调护及治疗作用机制进行探讨,梳理相关文献总结并提炼好的成果,为更好治疗变异性鼻炎提供思路。
Allergic rhinitis (AR), is an allergic disease mainly caused by IgE-mediated inflammation of the nose to varying degrees. It is a common clinical multi-morbidity, which seriously affects people’s health and is receiving more and more extensive attention from the society. In recent years, the diagnostic and therapeutic effects of Western medicine on allergic rhinitis are unsatisfactory, and the advantages of Chinese medicine are increasingly explored. In this paper, we discuss the etiology and pathogenesis of allergic rhinitis, diagnosis and treatment, empirical formula treatment, Chinese patent medicines, Chinese external treatment methods, Chinese conditioning and the mechanism of action of Chinese medicine treatment from the perspective of Chinese medicine, comb the relevant literature to summarize and refine the good research results, and provide ideas for better diagnosis and treatment of allergic rhinitis.
