摘要
近年来,下肢深静脉血栓形成(deep venous thrombosis, DVT)的患者数量逐年增加,因其复发率、死亡率及致残率高且病程较长,在一定程度上影响患者的生存质量及生命安全。针对此病,本文查阅并回顾近年来中医外治法治疗下肢深静脉血栓形成的相关文献,总结概括出中药熏洗法、中药外敷法、中药定向透药法、穴位贴敷法和针刺疗法等多种外治法的研究现状。
In recent years, the number of patients with deep venous thrombosis (DVT) of lower extremity has been increasing year by year. Because of the high recurrence rate, mortality rate, disability rate and long course of disease, DVT has affected the quality of life and life safety of patients to a certain extent. In view of this disease, this paper reviewed the relevant literature on the treatment of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis by external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in recent years, and summarized the research status of various external treatment methods such as traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and washing, traditional Chinese medicine external application, traditional Chinese medicine directional permeation, acupoint application and acupuncture therapy.
