摘要
面对科技报告的广泛积累和科技报告服务系统的持续运行,如何高效地利用优质的科技报告资源为用户提供高质量的服务成为了急需关注的问题。为此,有必要梳理我国科技报告服务研究的现状及趋势,为基于用户视角改进科技报告服务模式提供参考。本研究采用文献调研法、比较分析法等方法对我国科技报告服务模式进行调查和分析,分析当前科技报告服务存在的问题,并提出相关对策建议,以期提高我国的科技报告服务效果。
In the face of the extensive accumulation of technology reports and the continuous operation of technology report service systems, the efficient utilization of high-quality technology report re-sources to provide users with high-quality services has become an urgent issue to address. There-fore, it is necessary to review the current status and trends of technology report service research in China and provide references for improving technology report service models based on user perspective. This study investigates and analyzes the technology report service models in China using methods such as literature review and comparative analysis. The current issues in technology re-port services are identified, and relevant recommendations are proposed to enhance the effective-ness of technology report services in China.
