摘要
农业绿色发展道路是在乡村振兴的新背景下提出的符合我国基本国情的发展道路,农业绿色发展不仅有利于大力推进乡村振兴中的生态振兴,同时能够有效解决乡村产业发展和农村生态环境保护之间的矛盾。但乡村振兴背景下的农业绿色发展面临一定困境,主要表现为自然资源要素短缺问题、生态环境污染问题、技术和设备不完善的问题和产业结构不均衡问题。结合乡村振兴战略的要求和农业绿色发展的现实情况,本文提出乡村振兴背景下农业绿色发展的实现路径:推进农业生产方式绿色转型、加强污染治理和资源保护、推进绿色科技创新和加强绿色发展政策支持。
The road of agricultural green development is a development road in line with China’s basic na-tional conditions proposed in the new context of rural revitalization. Agricultural green develop-ment is not only conducive to vigorously promoting the ecological revitalization in rural revitali-zation, but also can effectively solve the contradiction between rural industrial development and rural ecological environmental protection. However, the green development of agriculture in the context of rural revitalization faces certain dilemmas, which are mainly manifested in the shortage of natural resource elements, ecological and environmental pollution, imperfect technology and equipment and unbalanced industrial structure. Combining the requirements of rural revitalization strategy and the reality of agricultural green development, this paper proposes the realization paths of agricultural green development in the context of rural revitalization: promoting green transformation of agricultural production methods, strengthening pollution control and resource protection, promoting green science and technology innovation and strengthening green development policy support.
