摘要
高硼硅玻璃具有优良的化学稳定性、热稳定性和良好的机械性能,已经广泛地应用在仪器玻璃,防火玻璃、平板显示及太阳能电池等领域中。随着浮法技术的发展以及玻璃加工技术的进步,高硼硅玻璃将在更多的领域得到应用。本文综述了高硼硅玻璃的研究现状,分析了其组成、结构及热膨胀、化学稳定性等性能之间的关系,评价了其工艺难度、应用情况等方面,并对今后高硼硅玻璃的发展方向和突破点进行了展望。
High borosilicate glass has excellent chemical stability, thermal stability and good mechanical properties, and has been widely used in instrument glass, fireproof glass, flat panel display and solar cells and other fields. With the development of float technology and the progress of glass processing technology, high borosilicate glass will be applied in more fields. This paper reviews the research status of high borosilicate glass, analyzes the relationship between its composition, structure, thermal expansion, chemical stability and other properties, evaluates its process difficulty, application and other aspects, and forecasts the development direction and breakthrough points of high borosilicate glass in the future.
