摘要
基层社区业主集体行动的逻辑一直是社会广泛关注的热点问题。通过个案研究的方法对宁波市蔚斗一区业主的集体行动的探索过程进行深入分析,以进一步解释城市社区中公众参与和集体行动困境,并对业主集体行动的逻辑进行探析,发现行动精英、共同利益、社会资本与制度规则这四个因素保证了集体行动的发生与进行,从蔚斗一区一个小社区的研究发现了城市社区业主集体行动背后的深层逻辑所在,从而一定程度上探寻了“搭便车”问题的出路。
The logic of collective action of grass-roots community owners has always been a hot issue of social concern. Through the method of case study, the exploration process of collective action of owners in Weidou No.1 District of Ningbo City is deeply analyzed, to further explain the dilemma of public participation and collective action in urban communities, and analyze the logic of collective action of owners, and find that the four factors of elite action, common interest, social capital and institution-al rules ensure the occurrence and implementation of collective action. Through the study of a small community in Weidou District, this paper finds the deep logic behind the collective action of owners in urban communities, and thus explores the way out of the problem of “free rider” to a certain ex-tent.
