摘要
中国是一个拥有上下五千年文明史的大国,但国籍法的发展却仅有百余年的时间,中国国籍制度历经从承认双重国籍到只承认单一国籍的阶段。21世纪以来,对于双重国籍“肯定论”、“否定论”的呼声此起彼伏。选择本选题的目的旨在通过结合此领域专家见解以及笔者的个人看法证明当前我国应该坚持实行“单一国籍”制度不能变。
China is a big country with a history of five thousand years of civilization, but the development of na-tionality law has only been over a hundred years. The Chinese nationality system has gone through a stage from recognizing dual nationality to recognizing only single nationality. Since the 21st century, the “affirmative” and “negative” opinions on dual nationality have been raised one after another. The purpose of choosing this topic is to prove that China should adhere to the “single nationality” system by combining the views of experts in this field and the author’s personal views.
