摘要
目的:探讨可拆卸床上支被架的设计与应用效果。方法:将44例隐匿性阴茎患者随机分为对照组与观察组各22例,观察组采用可拆卸式支被架进行隐匿性阴茎围术期的支被,对照组采用可折叠式支被架进行隐匿性阴茎围术期的支被。结果:两组患者晨间护理时整理床单元时间、尿管护理时间、患者满意度、患者家属满意度比较,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.01)。结论:可拆卸式支被架可降低晨间护理整理床单元时间,尿管护理时间,提高护士工作效率与为医生查房做好病房环境准备;同时有效预防了伤口受压,提高了患者舒适度,达到患者与患者家属满意,促进护理质量的持续改进。
Objective: To explore the design and application effect of removable bed support frame. Methods: Forty-four patients with concealed penis were randomly divided into 22 cases each in the control group and the observation group, and the observation group used removable bed support frame for perioperative support of concealed penis, while the control group used collapsible bed support frame for perioperative support of concealed penis. Results: The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.01) when comparing the time of making up the bed sheet yuan, the time of urinary catheter care, the patient satisfaction, and the patient’s family members’ satisfaction with the morning care of the patients. Conclusion: The removable bed support frame can reduce the time of bed sheet arrangement and urinary catheter care in morning care, improve the efficiency of nurses’ work and prepare the ward environment for doctors’ checkups;meanwhile, it effectively prevents the wound from being pressurized, improves patients’ comfort, achieves the satisfaction of patients and their family members, and promotes the continuous improvement of the quality of nursing care.
