                    目的:探讨基于护理助手APP的混合式教学对护生掌握中医护理技术能力水平的影响。方法:随机抽取我院2020.7~2021.7实习的本科实习护生作为研究对象64人,随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组采用传统式教学模式,试验组在对照组教学的基础上采用护理助手辅助教学。比较两组间对中医护理理论水平以及操作水平、护生对教学的满意度、带教对护生满意度、患者对护生中医操作的满意度。结果:试验组护生的理论知识和操作水平考核得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05);试验组护生对带教的满意度也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P < 0.05)。结论:基于护理助手APP的混合式教育应用于中医护理操作教学,有利于提升教学质量。
                
                Objective: To explore the effect of blended teaching based on nursing assistant APP on the ability of nursing students to master TCM nursing techniques. Methods: 64 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in our hospi-tal from 2020.7 to 2021.7 were randomly selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group. The control group adopted the traditional teaching mode, and the experimental group adopted nursing assistants to assist teaching based on the teaching of the control group. The theoretical level and operation level of TCM nursing, the sat-isfaction of nursing students to teaching, the satisfaction of teaching to nursing students, and the satisfaction of patients to nursing students’ TCM operation were compared between the two groups. Results: The scores of theoretical knowledge and operation level of the nursing students in the ex-perimental group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing students in the experimental group with teaching was also higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: The application of blended education based on nursing assistant APP in TCM nursing operation teaching is beneficial to improve the quality of teaching.
