摘要
目的:调查抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎一线重症护士心理弹性现状,并分析心理弹性、职业获益感与应对方式间的关系,为提升新型冠状病毒肺炎一线重症护士的心理弹性提供参考。方法:采用护士职业获益感问卷、心理弹性量表(Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale, CD⁃RICS)、应对方式问卷对河南省某三级甲等医院120名抗击新型冠状病毒肺炎一线重症护士进行调查。结果:护士心理弹性为(88.58 ±17.35)分。应对方式。
Objective: To explore the status quoof resilience and to analyze the relationship between the resilience, professionalbenefits and coping behavior of ICU nurses fighting against pneumonia caused bya Novel Coronavirus infection, so as to provide theoretical basis for improvingnurses’ resilience. Methods: A total of 120 ICU nurses from a tertiary grade Ahospital in Henan province were investigated by using the Professional BenefitsQuestionnaire, the Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire (SCSQ) and the Connor-DavidsonResilience Scale(CD⁃RICS).
