摘要
目的:探讨肝性脑病患者的护理措施。方法:回顾性分析2010~2103年28例肝性脑病患者的临床资料,总结护理措施。结果:本组28例患者中,27例治疗效果满意出院,1例放弃继续治疗自动出院。结论:加强临床观察与护理能有效降低肝性脑病的发生和死亡。
Objective: To explore the nursing measures for the patients with hepatic encephalopathy. Methods: This paper analyzed the clinical data from 2010 to 2103 of 28 patients with hepatic encephalopathy, and summarized the nursing measures. Results: 27 cases were satisfied with the treatment effect and discharged, and 1 case gave up continuing treatment and discharged from hospital. Conclusion: Strengthening the clinical observation and nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hepatic encephalopathy and death.
