摘要
危爆企业立体化管理是维护危爆企业安全运营和社会安全稳定的重要保证。马鞍山作为典型的资源型工业城市,随着经济发展,在企业生产经营过程中涉及的危爆危险物品越来越多,相应的管理工作任务也随之增大。本文针对目前本单位在危爆企业管理工作中面临的实际问题,提出了公安部门、企业管理职能部门、政府其他部门齐抓共管的立体化管理体系设想,希望能有助于化解危爆企业管理工作面临的困境。
The comprehensive management of hazardous and explosive enterprises is an important guarantee for maintaining their own operation safety and social security and stability. As a typical resource-based industrial city, with economic development, there are more and more hazardous and explosive articles involved in enterprises operation in Ma’anshan city, and the corresponding management tasks are also increased. Aiming at the practical management problem of hazardous and explosive enterprises, an idea of comprehensive management implemented by public security department, enterprise management functional department and other government departments is proposed to resolve the difficulties faced by the hazardous and explosive enterprises management.
