摘要
本实验以广西平果拜耳法赤泥结合锰矿还原提炼出的中锰铸铁作为原料制成试样,对试样进行不同温度的淬火,并配合低中高温回火,热处理后的试样进行耐磨性实验,探究不同热处理下中锰铸铁磨粒磨损机制。结果表明,随着回火温度的升高,试样磨损量增加,耐磨性能减弱;在高温回火条件下,淬火温度升高,试样磨损量增加,试样表面变形严重,耐磨性减弱。对于热处理后的中锰铸铁,主要磨损形式为形变磨损主导的高应力碾碎性磨损,磨损破坏形式为犁沟切削。
The medium manganese cast iron produced by the combination of red mud and manganese ore from Pingguo Bayer process was used as raw material which the manganese content is about 5.36% in this experiment. The wear resistance and mechanism of medium manganese cast iron were studied after quenching at different temperature and tempering with low, medium and high temperature. The results show that with the increase of tempering temperature, the wear re-sistance of the sample decreases. Under the condition of high temperature tempering, with the in-crease of quenching temperature, the wear loss of the sample increases, the surface deformation of the sample is serious, and the wear resistance decreases. The major wear form of the medium manganese cast iron is deformation wear dominated by high stress crushing wear. The wear failure mode is furrow cutting.
