摘要
本文在基于Abaqus仿真软件的基础下,利用耦合欧拉–拉格朗日(CEL)方法研究了A356/6061异种铝合金在不同焊接参数下其温度场的影响,结果发现焊接转速越大其温度峰值越高,而焊接速度对其温度峰值影响很小,低焊速却会使较低熔点的铝合金过早出现融化现象,造成焊接缺陷。本文也为后续A356/6061异种铝合金的研究提供了帮助。
Based on Abaqus simulation software, this article uses the coupled Euler Lagrangian (CEL) method to study the temperature field of A356/6061 dissimilar aluminum alloys under different welding parameters. The results show that the higher the welding speed, the higher the temperature peak, while the welding speed has little effect on the temperature peak. Low welding speed can lead to premature melting of aluminum alloys with lower melting points, resulting in welding defects. This article also provides assistance for the subsequent research on A356/6061 dissimilar aluminum alloys.
