摘要
国家的经济、政策,市场需求,企业内部销售模式变革等,都推动了家电行业的数字化转型,而这种转型又对企业的组织结构、内部业务流程产生着不同绩效层面的影响。文章以格力电器为例,集中分析了其进行数字化转型的主要路径,和转型对企业主要绩效的影响,以期对同行业企业的数字化转型式发展带来启示,推动我国家电行业的快速、健康转型与升级。The economy, policies, market demand, and changes in internal sales models have all promoted the digital transformation of the home appliance industry, which in turn has different performance levels of impact on the organizational structure and internal business processes of enterprises. Taking Gree Electric Appliances as an example, this paper focuses on analyzing the main path of its digital transformation and the impact of transformation on the main performance of the enterprise, hoping to bring enlightenment to the digital transformation development of enterprises in the same industry and promote the rapid and healthy transformation and upgrading of China’s home appliance industry.
