摘要
人力资源管理是企业管理的重要组成部分。人力资源管理的统筹安排不仅关系到企业发展战略的实施,更决定着企业的生存和长远发展。在企业战略视野下,逐步构建高效完善的人力资源管理体系,有利于促进人力资本价值的优化和最大化。本文首先将阐明人力资源管理的概念和内涵,重点剖析人力资源管理在企业战略发展中的重要作用。最后,本文将深入研究在企业战略视角下的人力资源管理战略。
Human resource management is an important part of enterprise management. The overall arrangement of human resource management is not only related to the implementation of enterprise development strategy, but also determines the survival and long-term development of enterprises. In the vision of enterprise strategy, the gradual construction of an efficient and perfect human resource management system is conducive to the optimization and maximization of human capital value. This paper will first clarify the concept and connotation of human resource management, focusing on the analysis of human resource management in the strategic development of the enterprise’s important role. Finally, this paper will deeply study the human resource management strategy from the perspective of enterprise strategy.
