随着时代的发展,电子档案在地方事业单位的建设已是大势所趋。通过对电子档案的结构,得出电子档案建设的构成主要包含大数据运用、精细化管理、以人为本三大要素,进而理解这三大要素的具体内容,可以为地方事业单位电子档案的建设添砖加瓦。
With the development of the times, the construction of electronic archives in local institutions has become a general trend. Through the structure of electronic archives, it is concluded that the construction of electronic archives mainly includes three elements: big data application, refined management and people-oriented. Understanding the specific contents of these three elements can contribute to the construction of electronic archives of local institutions.
