基于AHP和RS的中式邮轮食品供应商评价研究

摘要 通过对中式邮轮食品供应商的评价指标研究,以期为中式邮轮食品供应商的选择提供决策依据和参考。首先,构建了针对中式邮轮食品供应商的评价指标体系。接着,用层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process, AHP)和基于条件信息熵的粗糙集(Rough Set, RS)理论分别进行主、客观权重计算。最后,确定各评价指标的组合权重。计算结果表明:相比一般船舶行业的食品供应商,在中式邮轮食品供应商中,食品的生产规模、食品的标注及包装标准、食品的配送能力、邮轮乘客的满意度、食品的运输服务、食材多样性以及供应商的信誉状况是评价中式邮轮食品供应商的重要指标。 Through the research on the evaluation index of Chinese cruise food suppliers, it is expected to provide decision-making basis and reference for the selection of Chinese cruise food suppliers. Firstly, an evaluation index system for Chinese cruise food suppliers is established. Then, the subjective and objective weights are calculated respectively by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Rough Set (RS) theory based on conditional information entropy. Finally, the combination weight of each evaluation index is determined. The calculation results show that compared with the food suppliers in the general shipping industry, among the Chinese cruise food suppliers, the scale of food production, food labeling and packaging standards, food distribution capacity, satisfaction of cruise passengers, food transportation services, food diversity and the reputation of the suppliers are important indicators for evaluating the Chinese cruise food suppliers.
