Study on the On-Line Correction of Thermal Parameters for Machine Tools

摘要 为提高机床热特性分析精度,提出基于关键测温点实测温度的轴承生热量及接触热阻修正模型,在此基础上,设计开发机床温度场及热变形在线监测系统,并在YK72150数控成型砂轮磨齿机上进行实际验证。实验结果表明,基于机床热特性参数实时修正的机床温度场及热变形监测系统的监测精度达95%以上,为机床优化设计及误差补偿提供依据。 To improve the analysis accuracy of thermal characteristics of machine tools, the correction models are established using the measured temperature of the thermal key point to real-timely correct the heat flux of bearing and the thermal contact resistance. An on-line monitoring application is designed based on the correction models to realize the real-time prediction of the thermal de-formation and the temperature rise of a machine tool. An experiment is carried out in a CNC gear form grinding machine of YK72150. The experimental results show that the prediction accuracy of the on-line monitoring application is greater than 95%. It is useful for the optimal design and error compensation of machine tools.
