胃癌与FGFR3相关性分析

摘要 胃癌是一种常见的消化系统恶性肿瘤,其发病率和病死率均居高不下。目前,针对胃癌的治疗主要包括手术切除、化疗、放疗和靶向治疗等多种方法。其中,针对肿瘤的分子特征进行个体化治疗已成为胃癌治疗的新趋势。本文综述了近年来各种FGFR3与胃癌发生及其治疗关系的研究进展,以期为胃癌的治疗提供新的分子生物靶点并促进靶向抑制剂的研究。 Gastric cancer is a common malignant tumor of digestive system with high morbidity and mortality. At present, the treatment for gastric cancer mainly includes surgical resection, chemotherapy, radiotherapy and targeted therapy. Among them, individualized treatment based on the molecular characteristics of tumors has become a new trend in the treatment of gastric cancer. In this review, the recent research progress on the relationship between FGFR3 and the occurrence and treatment of gastric cancer is reviewed, with a view to providing new molecular biological targets for the treatment of gastric cancer and promoting the study of targeted inhibitors.
