药食同源中药治疗痹症的古今应用与传承发展

摘要 痹症是一种以肢体关节疼痛、麻木、屈伸不利等为主要表现的病症,严重影响患者的生活质量。药食同源中药在痹症的治疗中有着独特的优势,从古至今都发挥着重要作用。通过对古代文献的梳理以及现代研究成果的分析,阐明药食同源中药治疗痹症的古今应用及其在现代研究中的进展,探讨如何更好地传承与发展,以期为痹症的防治提供新的思路和方法,推动中医药在该领域的持续发展。Paralysis is a disease characterized by joint pain, numbness, and difficulty in flexion and extension, which seriously affects the quality of life of patients. Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the treatment of paralysis and has played an important role from ancient times to the present. Through the review of ancient literature and the analysis of modern research results, this paper elucidates the ancient and modern application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of paralysis and its progress in modern research, and explores how to better inherit and develop, in order to provide new ideas and methods for the prevention and treatment of paralysis and promote the application of traditional Chinese medicine in this field.
