摘要
食品荧光增白剂在食品包装材料、食品餐饮具、食品洗涤剂、食品保鲜中都存在非法添加情况。食品、农产品中荧光增白剂的检测方法主要有254 nm和365 nm的紫外波长照射定性方法,目前还缺少定量的国家标准方法或地方标准方法。本文综述了食品、农产品中荧光增白剂的检测技术研究进展以及现阶段荧光增白剂检测过程中存在的问题。
The fluorescent brightening agent was added in food wrappers, food and catering appliances, food scour of tableware, food preservation by lawless. The main detection methods had qualitative analysis with ultraviolet wavelength of 254 nm or 365 nm in food and agricultural products, but no quantitative nation analysis and district analysis. The paper reviews the progress of the detection technology of fluorescent brightening agent in food and agricultural products and the problems in the detection process of fluorescent brightening agent.
