摘要
现如今的建筑业正经历着一次巨大的变革,延续千年的秦砖汉瓦正在逐步退出历史舞台。从目前来看,建筑技术的更新速度越来越快,新的材料和工艺技术也不断出现,绿色建材和绿色建筑正在逐步代替传统的建造方式走上历史舞台。2016年的9月份,《关于大力发展装配式建筑的指导意见》在国务院的银发和下达中表示要重点推进京津冀地区的装配式建筑。本文根据京津冀地区的实地条件,响应京津冀协同发展战略并结合“一体两翼”协同发展战略分析京津冀地区装配式建筑产业发展现状,从定性与定量的角度构建中小型城市装配式建筑战略选择模型,并立足于中小型城市实际,提出具体可行的战略建议,对于京津冀中小型城市推广装配式建筑能够起到实践借鉴和指导作用。具有很强的现实和指导意义。

It has strong practical and instructive significance.
